Checked in at 11pm after driving 600+ miles the man at the front desk was nice enough. He told me that the last 3 people he checked in got to their room and it was dirty and they had to get different rooms. I got my keys and went out to the room and it had NOT been cleaned. Went back to the office and after waiting for the next person to get done, the man made keys for another room and went to the new room and checked it out it was clean and he gave me the keys! Wife and I went to sleep pretty quickly then at 1 am a group of people started banging on my door and being very loud. The next person in the office gave these people keys to my room! Had to get out of bed and let them know that we were inside. They continued making noise for 10 more minutes! Then at 7 am the phone rang nobody answered. When I went to check out the man at the front desk first thought I hadn’t paid! Then when he listened to me tell him what happened he figured it out. When I asked what he wanted to do to make it right he said no money back but he was sorry. Terrible night with a few hours of sleep. Definitely will not stay here again.

Ok for a one night stay. To be fair when we were there it was a bit crazy because of the interstate closure/detour/accident. Everyone was a bit tired from all of it. The hotel staff were great though!

I've stayed here several times and always found it clean and the bed comfortable. Staff is great. The only thing this time was that the bathtub faucet needed replacement as it could not be completely shut off and dribbled water constantly

The area is kind of sketchy. The town is terribly sad, with a lot of businesses closed. Few eating options. We ate truck stop pizza. Outside the motel was littered with cigarette butts, and there was a piece of donut right outside our door. Definitely not a $100 a night motel.

Checked in and then checked right back out. Place was trashed with empty whiskey and beer bottles laying around a bunch of the motel chairs on the parking lot. We felt unsafe and misinformed by the 8.2 rating on the Hotel’s.com webpage.

Check in was great and staff very friendly. This is an older refurbished motel. The room’s smell was awful, sprayed with something that is used to disguise the musty smell. It was clean though, but run down. There aren’t a lot of choices in Lordsburg, this had the highest rating. So we picked it. No breakfast, but had coffee. It was doable.
