Bathroom had bugs, he told us where to go and looks like we got the room that isnt finished yet. Not coming back

Room was filthy.

The rooms had a very bad smell and were extremely dirty. Bathroom floor was filthy. The pillow cases and comforter had holes in them. Sheets had human hair on them. There was black mold in dresser and stained walls.

The staff was outstanding. I had left medications and my cane behind at check-out I didn't realize it until the I was getting ready for bed. I called the office and they immediately knew the situation and they had secured everything and had it locked away in the office. I was very grateful for the way they handled things.

I booked based on positive reviews. Hotel was in desperate need of renovation's. Smoke detector falling off the wall. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Knobs missing on closet door. Tv did not work. One of the 2 beds was completely broken. Tub appeared to have cracks. You get what you pay for, but this was not even worth what we paid. I guess if you’re looking for some female services, the ladies in the stairs would be happy to help. If you’re looking to offload some of your “supply”, there are people walking around actively asking. Did not feel safe. It was “clean”, but the damages to the room outdid any cleaning that can be done.

It was the worst of the worst. Rooms had bed bugs not clean at all and there was a large amount of criminal activity.

Room was dirty, sheets were not clean, bugs in the room, door didn't lock, terrible odor. Only positive was the staff, they issued a refund after deciding this was not where we'd be staying for the night.

Was a nice clean room, great size for the price. No fridge/microwave or other amenities, but then we didn't really need them for a one night stay on our trip. Staff in lobby was friendly and helpful.

Horrible! The rooms look nothing like the pics provided, very rundown. The first room looked very old, blankets and everything tv didn't work and dingy. The second room had a hole in the for and ceiling, looked like somebody punched the closet door, and a roach came out one of the drawers. I did request a new room which ended up being the model room they used for pics but no, towels, no pillows, microwave damaged, no table, no chairs.

Everything was clean and staff were very accommodating

I literally stay here every other week and this was the only time where the room was actually nice and clean…I think it was one of the remodeled rooms…and the WiFi worked great…I have no complaints this time.

Terrible, terrible all around. There were not too friendly looking men hanging around the parking lot. I couldn't even get out of the car! A nightmare experience!

i stay there several times a month with my business and always book ahead of time on expedia. today upon arrival was told they were booked up but i could get a single room instead of a room with 2 double beds for an 11 dollar upcharge. i asked why they would not honor the price i already booked and paid for and was told they couldn’t do that. they lost a customer that has been using them for years. they told me they did not care.
