Had a great time. Staff was nice and very informative

They ask for ID of your other guests. Why do they need to do that? no elevator, bad if you have a lot of luggage. Shower water pressure very low, intentional.

As always, amazing! Kids love the pool too, it's heated.

A bit over priced . Others in surrounding were in th $60

Clean,updated ,simple,affordable, perfect if yiu just need a place to relax and dont require all of the bells and whistles. I just needed a quiet place to sleep for the night as im working here in Prescott from Phoenix. Has a heated outdoor pool as well.

Amazing place, left feeling like I was on a vacation.

The front desk lady was patient and friendly. I had left my room came back I couldn't open my room. even though it was lighting up green. front desk came to help she had a hard opening the room till finally it open. I told her I didn't have plans to leave the rest of the night. I stay with my 10yr old. around 1am I woke up I was really cold. I try to turn the heater it didn't turn on I gave my blanket to my son. I just put a sweater on my feet hardly slept. when I was ready to leave I couldn't open the door to get out. after the 4th time I was able to open the door to get out of the room. only stay 1 night it was room #221. I let the man at the front desk know about the issues with door and heater unit.

Room needs repair/paint/no hangars/one outlet in the main room/hair in the shower/room very small for two beds/ Staff very friendly

I reported the shower was clogged, was told they would look into it, never did. Roaches too.

Robert was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not very good. The first room smelt like an ashtray. The second was a little better. We settled for the third room he took us to as it smelt the best of the three he had left.

Served the purpose. Needed to get 8 hours sleep. Nice and quiet.

Stairways and sidewalks in need of renovation/repair.

Robert at the front desk was very friendly but we were told we were getting a non smoking room but it smelled strongly of smoke which bothered our 2 small children. By motel standers the room was ok, we had been forced to change our plans and stay there due to a snow storm, and we are glad they had room for us but the room smell was not great.

The staff is very nice. I go there often.
