Motel 6 Richfield, OH

we arrived on day one no one came out for like 30 mins. the person who checked us in was barley wear clothes and seemed out of it. I do not recommned its one of those people lived in permanately

Heavy condensation on the floor in my room from the AC

The floor was filthy after my shower I walked around the room and the bottom my feet were black. They were remodeling the room upstairs ( I understand there will be noise) but not till 10pm and then started back up at 6:30 in the morning. Why we were given this room I don't understand because there were several other rooms available

From the moment I checked in there was an issue. I got the room key go into the room and there is a guy and women in the room on the beds. Go back to front desk and no one is present. I had to go outside to find the front desk person and he was at the next door hotel. Get a new room. As me and my daughter was there for appointments we didn’t get back to the room until later that night. We get back and as soon as we get back there is this guy who is watching us. It got to the point he was trying to come up to me after he had walked around my car multiple times. After speaking to the front desk and letting them know how uncomfortable me and my daughter (who was terrified as he was yelling at her) Motel 6 stated they would refund my money and stated I had to call Expedia. After a week of vack and forth with Expedia they stated they wouldn’t refund me and I have yet to hear back from motel 6 minus the ok to refund me but they stated Expedia had to ok the refund. 2 week today and still no refund and I’m out even more money cause I had to get a different hotel to get away from this guy even motel 6 stated to me that they had multiple complaints about this man. Will never stay at another motel 6 again and would never recommend this motel.

Clean room, cold AC, friendly staff

They said you over booked them and they canceled my reservation as I was driving there yesterday. So I got 2 hours from my destination with no place to stay

As an affordable no-frills room, it was perfect. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the service desk was efficient and courteous.

I was locked out of my room for 6 hours ! No one was there to help and customer service was garbage no help at all i had to sleep in my car and get the key fixed at 7 am !!

Reasonably priced and clean

When I got to the room there was food all over the place. It wasn’t cleaned well before I checked in. The room next door had dogs barking all night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Msin door was substantially damaged and difficult to operate. Bathroom door had one hinge installed. Floors were very dirty. It definitely hasn't been mopped lately.

Looks like the room has had some renovations. Bed was comfy and clean. I would suggest sprucing up the check in lobby I think that would help with first impressions. Overall a nice place to stay for the price.
