Motel 6 Rohnert Park, CA

Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty.. AC unit, Telephone, curtains, remote, microwave and refrigerator were covered in gunk. Telephone did not work. The bed sheets and blankets had burn holes and stains all over them. Including the pillowcases. The refrigerator did not shut all the way so it did not work properly, the door to the bathroom did not open all of the way , it would hit the toilet and not open. The floors were very dirty. And water pressure did not work well at all in the shower. There was also a bunch of knats flying around and laying all over the towels. We were also never given the WIFI access.

This property just stunk like cigarette so I had to leave

A good place to rest your head for a night or two. Dont recommend bringing children with you. Best for solo/business trip.

Didn’t get a smoking free room the room was dirty

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property kinda run down. Many occupants appear to be calling this place home. Lots of smokers, trash, loud till midnight. Served my need a bed and a shower but I wont be back.

Hotels did not confirm booking with hotel. The itinerary was not in the system. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Hotels service phone number is not readily available on site. AI was not programmed to help. 50 minute check-in was not appreciated. Resolved by requesting a refund which was performed timely.

The bed was lumpy and hard to sleep on...very poor mattress. Various old stains all over room. Shower faucet was cold in the morning.Basically, this was not even an adequate room I would never have paid over $100.00 to stay here if I had known about room condition in advance.

Always a pleasant stay

The mattress only added misery and discomfort to my stay. Mattress was worn out and made my low back pain worse off in the morning due to it dipping in the middle from over use.

There was some unpleasant instances involving other guests

Rented two rooms both were filthy! The main support beams on the front of the building were detached from the ground, there was needles and trash in the landscape areas, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, that bedding had burn holes and stains. Stayed here because there was nothing else available in the area due to a music festival And the ratings that were there were absolute lies or we wouldn’t have stayed there in the first place

You can hear everything the people say and do in the room next to you. Lots of thugs walking around in the middle of the night next to rooms and can hear them outside.

Comfortable and did the trick for our short weekend!

Had items delivered by doordash ... 50$ worth .. Bag was in front of door .. went missing ... hotel cameras showed maintentence man took ... he claimed bag was empty!!! And motel 6 covered for him ... so they could keep my stuff .. rather than politely returning saying it was 'error'

Beds clean, floors dirty, very dirty.

The staff was nice but the floors were filthy. They couldnt have mopped in days because the bathroom mats were black.

I had a room that could join with another and they are worst for limiting noise. So older couple up chatting like it was 10 am not midnight caused and they went in and out so caused my little dog anxiety and barking. Had to play tv loudly to overcome some sound issues! For the money they get for these hotels they could be better looking not bottom of food chain of motels .
