It's a very modern and stylish hotel. The location is excellent, only a block from Chestnut Street shopping and two or three blocks into Rittenhouse Square. I self-parked at a nearby garage and it wasn't expensive.

The person at the check in desk for the overnight shift was AMAZING; she was incredibly polite, exceedingly pleasant and helpful. SHe is an absolute MVP for the hotel. She should be in an elevated position. She is talented, smart, sharp and unflappable.

First off, automatic three stars for no bed bugs. The staff was incredibly friendly. Did find a hair in my shower, but I can get over that. Location is convenient for downtown travel, but don't expect to hang out in your room. They are tiny, but if all you want is a place to sleep and shower that doesn't have bed bugs and has the some really cool people working there, this is your spot

Staff in reception were nice, but otherwise not a good experience. I had a broken ankle and therefor had a room with a seated shower. But when seated, the soap and shampoo were behind you, barely reachable, it took quite an effort. No chair in the room, could only sit on the bed. The tv faced the side of the bed, so not practical. I dropped something, and went on the floor to pick it up and saw trash under the luggage sill that ran across the window, which shows that cleaning is not satisfactory.

It was loud within the hotel not so much from outside, since there no relationship between the condesa and the hotel we couldn’t get in during our 4 day trip. Room cleaning was just ok.
