Property needs to be updated. Carpet was dirty. Old bedding and smelled like a smokers old room Hot tub was covered with a solar cover while inside a room with little lighting??? Which is weird and you are told to remove the solar cover if you want to use.

The good well outweighs any slight disappointments. Good stuff: very clean, comfortable, and appears to be recently remodeled, hot tub! Could be improved: no regular half and half, coffee was foldgers, and machine was out one day. But, gas station next door is better than Starbucks without the price and all kinds of options. Despite those small things, I will definitely stay again!

Conveniently located near Pictured Rocks, perfect place to spend a night after hiking all day. Jetted tub in room melted away achy muscles! Breakfast buffet included so much delicious food! Extremely friendly staff. Room only had 1 bedside table and limited accessible outlets, but clean and comfy.

This is my second time here and I love the staff! They remember me from my visit last year. Breakfast is spot on. I love the whirlpool. The rooms are nice and clean. And the pillows are the best I have ever slept on!

I called the hotel that I was going to arrive late. They didn’t have my reservation. Their booking system does not sync with hotels.com. Also the room was too hot. I turned down the heat as far as it would go but had to open the window to cool down the room. I told the front desk and they just told me to turn down the heat. That’s all they had to fix the problem. Breakfast was good. :^)
