Blue collar construction worker become teacher review follows. The property is old, but has a very tasteful renovation, and not just lipstick on a pig. The fascia board is all new, some 2nd story walkway supports have been added, and new anti-slip staircases were added in place of the likely circa 1960 concrete steps. New vinyl windows are in place and reduce any noises well. The interior has new carpet, paint, countertops and furniture. If I owned this property, this is exactly what I would have done with it. Price was affordable, service was spartan but totally sufficient, and the property was clean. I love this place!

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable!!

I was very pleased with the staff at first because they were very kind — the young woman in the beginning and the young man were both very helpful and polite. However, on the last day, a woman at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. I simply asked if I could leave my suitcase at the reception for one hour, but she responded in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner. This left a very negative impression at the end of an otherwise good stay.
