Old Orchard Beach Inn

Lovely like inn walking distance from cute shops and the beach

Quaint old property. But temper your expectations. Nicely designed old furniture give it the old time feel. However some of the basics could use a little updating. Such as lighting in the bathroom and a soft spot in the bathroom floor not terribly noisy for an old place. Check-in in another building so that was a little confusing. The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Such a nice quiet place! And, the complimentary breakfast was a larger setup and selection than we expected, and the food was actually good. We would stay again if we went back to OOB

Musty and reeked of cleaning products. Mattresses were saggy and horrible. Staff was lovely and kind. Breakfast was edible but not good.

I liked the cozy, unique atmosphere and having a choice of a room based on my preferences and needs. The staff made sure my family was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

Nice old Inn but cracked windows, no staff anywhere to ask questions. No instructions for tv, etc. bed frame so old and dangerous. Coffee maker does not work and no staff to ask why? We were so excited to stay here but were very disappointed. Surprised as appears that peeling paint everywhere could be dangerous for lead paint.

Certain rooms DO NOT have attached bathrooms. Service was good, and staff were friendly and helpful. Charming old hotel.

First we booked the Old Orchard Inn and was put in the Atlantic Birches Inn. It was just ok. Not enough outlets to charge the necessities after a long day of exploring. Was told breakfast was 8 to 10 but it was 830 and frankly they could have done a better job with the food. Sadly there was no common place to chill except the porch.

They are very nice there and had a nice room, they had easy check in/out and served hot breakfast in the morning! 10/10 👏

The staff was very nice, but there are additional buildings under their umbrella and we were not residents in the actual Old Orchard Beach Inn. Our room had no AC or heat nor an elevator. The stay was okay, but, as seniors, would probably stay in a difference place should we return.

This really was a great stay! We had a wonderful view and a very comfy stay. The beds are a little to be exaggerated but everything else was wonderful.
