Outstanding service, beautiful property and worth every cent!

The room must have been recently painted and it smelled so bad including the bedding

Bathroom was dated and s shower needs work- Staff extremely helpful and courteous!

This place is so wonderful. My only complaint is that the resort fee should at least include chairs on the beach.

This was a fabulous hotel that just needs some tweaks for improvement to hit that 5 star. The views are incredible, the pool area is lovely, although does get very crowded and people are reserving sunbeds at 7am! Don’t expect to get a front row after 7.30am. This is the same for most beds by 8/8.30. Every day we came down, the pool drinks tables were sticky and dirty from the day before which shocked me for a resort of this level. Drinks service around the pool could be quite slow, we waited 50 minutes one day for 4 drinks but on quieter days it was more efficient and there’s a good choice of food and drinks. The hotel is beautiful, the expanse of it is great, the restaurant choices are great but could do with extra open on the evening as it was difficult to get a table if you hadn’t reserved one already. They did a beach party one night, we didn’t get to it but it sounded fantastic. The bedrooms need updating massively, decor, bathrooms are old and tired but beds were comfortable, balcony’s to watch that gorgeous sunset and sunrise are also very tired. There are lovely walks around the hotel and the extras on offer for kids are great and the whole vibe of the resort is lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn’t use the buggy or bus service but it looked like a great transportation service available. On a whole this place was great but for the price we paid compared to other places we’ve stayed it needs some attention to make it worth the value.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are nothing fancy, but the property - pools, hot tubs, and beach are wonderful. Not a lot of dining options right at the resort, but can walk to a couple places or get a shuttle. We had a great balcony facing the pool and beach. Perfect for sitting on to drink our morning coffee. We stayed on the fourth floor, which I recommend. Don’t stay on first floor if you want a good view.

Staff was polite, attentive and accommodating. Resort is very family friendly.

Enjoyed our stay at the Omni. The service was amazing. Amenities were great. We had a wonderful view! We will definitely return.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Entire property was clean, many options for dining and the food was excellent (drinks too)!

It was a good place, right on the beach. It's pricy, but that's expected for this kind of place.

We had an ocean view room with nice accommodations. We fished on-site and ate at the on-site restaurants. The service and staff were delightful and the grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend this location for families and those wanting to relax and get away.

It was a quick overnight stay but what we saw of the property was beautiful. It’s quite large and requires more than one day to properly check out amenities.

Fanatastic property

Truly nothing remarkable about this resort. The pool is nice and food was decent, but that does not make up for the rest of the resort being so rundown and just dirty. The room we stayed in felt like a motel (honestly I’ve even stayed in nicer motels). We were hoping to find a local spot for weekend getaways but will be looking elsewhere for sure.
