Oxford Suites Sonoma County

This is an awesome place, very beautiful and clean. Loved the complementary snacks and drinks. The pool area and hot tub were very nice as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Had a five night stay and the room didn’t get serviced until the 4th morning. I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue so maybe a one of. The in room coffee is brutal it’s like a tea bag you have to steep for 5 minutes.. and obviously since my room wasn’t cleaned the coffee wasn’t refilled either. I used the kettle to go downstairs and get my morning coffee at the breakfast buffet.

4 days at this property no one came to change or provide any linen, towels etc Every thing was old, sofa was torn, when I told the manager he said he is sorry but was polite. I would not stay there until remolded.

Leakage on last day, no water from sinks, faucets, shower. Additionally, service is very slow

The constant noise and thumping on the ceiling above me and the room next to me was rough. I won’t be checking to see if that night was an anomaly.

Strong unpleasant odor in halls & room. Probably from cleaners used on carpets. Had to have t.v. remote changed twice, and t.v. is too small for room. One of the night stand lights did not work. Steam room was out of order. Other than that, we had a great stay and will be coming back!

Very beautiful hotel! The beds were so comfortable and every detail was so thoughtful! Breakfast was fantastic! I will absolutely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this location before and had a great experience, which is why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t quite live up to the standard that initially brought us here.The Good: The hotel has a lot going for it. It’s in a great location—walking distance to the casino (with a free shuttle option) and close to plenty of food spots like In-N-Out and Starbucks. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the complimentary breakfast is solid. We appreciated the social hour, which includes a drink voucher for a cocktail and a small appetizer. The pool area is clean and inviting, with a heated pool that’s perfect for relaxing. And I have to mention—this place still has one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The Disappointment: Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable issue. Our bathroom had ants. When we informed the concierge, she didn’t seem surprised, which was concerning. Since we were heading out for a few hours, we asked if it could be taken care of while we were gone. When we returned about six hours later, the ants were mostly gone—but the dead ones were left behind. We chose not to escalate the issue in the moment and just focused on enjoying our stay, but what really bothered us was the lack of follow-up. We stayed for three nights and were never contacted about the matter. On the day we checked out, we met another guest in the elevator who said their room had a worse ant problem.
