Great location, condo was clean and check in was easy!

The bed was comfortable. The unit was decorated nicely. The couches showed signs of wear but were comfortable. It was a bit confusing figuring out the tv set up and one of the controllers batteries were dead so we had to switch batteries back and forth, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall it allowed us to experience a different area within SLO county that we hadn’t done before. It was just a block away from the beach access to the Ocean Dunes. All in all, it was definitely worth the price and provided more living space than had we paid the same price for a hotel room.

Great for the price! Confortable bed, hot tube was nice, caperts need to be cleaned.

Kitchen needs some love. No dish rack. No cutting board. Toaster is damaged and could possibly start a fire.

We stayed in October and were very pleased with the accommodations for the price and location. Easy walk to the beach and small but full kitchen for simple meals so we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

I enjoyed my stay. Communication was excellent. They were extremely helpful and helped to extend my stay.

Great price for the size of the condos, hot tub was nice as well :)

Location and cleaniness

As always I had a nice stay. Although I have been coming here for years and it seems as if they havent been keeping up the maintenance of the units as they once did. Would do them justice to stay on top of it. Still a great valie for your money and itis always comfortable.

We have stayed here several times and enjoy doing so. This time they changed their check in to touchless and sent me an email with the check info, so that was a surprise along with sending the info on the same day as our check in, so we had no idea until we arrived the need to have access to our email to check in. they should do it the day before in my opinion.

It was a pleasant stay and the service was great!

Good price and nicer than a motel room

We came in late and had a lot of trouble finding the unit. The sign on the door was missing and since the lights were out, it made it even harder to find . We booked a 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, with a pullout couch), but only found 1 king and a pullout couch. We squeezed in the first night until the morning in hopes to talk to the on property manager in the morning. In the morning the lady came up and checked and noticed the separating door was unlocked. Nowhere in the instructions mentioned being able to open the extra door. That would have been nice to know to get what we paid for the first night. Overall the unit was ok, but it does need a bit of updating as runs are getting rough around the edges with use. The kitchen wares probably needs some love. There are is super convenient to the state park and beach, so that’s a huge bonus.

Great stay right by the dunes!

Was looking for a hotel with a spa near the beach for unplanned one night vacation and turned into three nights rooms, rice clean and comfy a hot tub to ourselves every night
