Park Grove Inn

We have stayed here several times over the years. It’s our favorite place to stay in the Smokies.

We always stay at Park Grove Inn. Their staff is so friendly and it’s off a side road so there’s not as much traffic and it’s quieter. The building itself is very clean and cozy! This will always be our go-to place!

Hands down, one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. I'm not someone who expects the Ritz Carlton when renting a room on the lower price range, but basic dusting and vacuuming around the edges of walls or beds would go a long way, or better yet, the hallway! First impression walking into the room was the smell. It didn't stink, but it didn't smell great either. Bought air freshners from Wal-Mart. Same with surfaces like mini fridge and microwave, looked to not be wiped down at all and nasty. Bought disinfectant wipes at Wal-Mart to clean mini fridge. At any given time in the bathroom, you would find 2-3 ants crawling around. Then on the final day, we had a box of crumbl cookies sitting on the tv stand furniture and within about 4-5 hours, covered in ants. We stayed from Monday until Saturday and it was sort of a running joke about trash in the hallway and whether or not it would still be there the next day. It was there every day except for the last day. Looking at the hallways, you get the impression a vacuum is rarely used. Same goes in the rooms around wall edges or bed edges. A hair band was found in the floor next to the bed. Move the curtains around the A/C and just dirt and debris. Just felt very nasty overall. Convenient location, but that's about it for a positive comment.

Had a great stay here. Nothing over the top as far as amenities, but met and exceeded my expectations with the view, service, and cleanliness.

Nice, clean, enjoyable

Room was dirty when we arrived. The floors hadn’t been swept in a while and there was dust/dead bugs on the desk and bloody boogers on the wall near the chair. Bathroom vent disgusting. Asked housekeeping and front desk to clean it and it wasn’t done the entire stay. Beds were made twice during our 5 night stay. One day beds were half made. Odd. Asked for clean towels and were told to go get them ourselves at front desk. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Location was great and lobby area was cute.

Excellent place to stay for the price! The only issue- the room had a strong smell of a cleaning agent. Glad the room was cleaned, but the smell of the product made it hard to breathe. We had to sleep with the balcony door open.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk wasn't the happiest but it could have been a busy day or short-staffed. Did find a couple of ants (one on wall and one on bed). I can handle ants just not roaches or bed bugs.

The areas around and lobby are not bad but the rooms are dirty. Have to go back to lobby twice change rooms and still dirty. Never gave us a credit or try to make us happy. Poor customer service. Not staying here again.

Had a great stay

Breakfast was not too good and less selection to eat.

We were checked in to 1 room was not cleaned bed were nerve changed, floors disgusting with and dust, then they changed us to another room at first glances looked better but was dusty smelled weird doors disgusting weird stain in the bottom of the floor joint to the bed nasty left the hotel as soon as I could

We always enjoy staying at this hotel because we know the staff is always there to help us in anyway. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean and warm hotel to stay in.

Kids running and jumping, yelling all hours of the night, front desk stated nothing they could do about it. No extra blankets available room was very cold. Staff did not speak english
