Park Tower Inn

There was no hot water for the entire duration of our stay. The pools and hot tub were cold as well. The bunk beds didnt even have sheets and blankets on them.

Absolutely impressive especially for the cost

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We arrived Thursday and had no hot water our entire stay and all we kept getting was it's working it's working and it never did.

Hotel was old but being remodeled. It was clean foe the. most part. It was a. nice stay for the money. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable at all and there were no inter tubes for the lazy river.

They wanted to treat me like I stayed but I didn’t stay place is absolutely horrible,greedy,I was told that they charged a security deposit after I booked reservation and I was told money was non refundable,In which the motel nightly fee with security deposit wasn’t in my account,I can’t see how it was right for them to book me in first place since I couldn’t give them the security fee upfront,Shame on this business.

Was a Good Stay

Checked in January 20th 2025 checked out January 24th 2025 when I checked in I paid cash for my room that I booked through Expedia once at the property I was charged $100 deposit was told deposit would be returned when I checked out to my card here it is January 3rd and my deposit has still not been returned every time I contact the office to ask to speak to a manager the manager will not speak or return my phone calls regarding my deposit I'm seeking legal advice to charge interest for every day my money is not returned plus money for the aggravation of having to wait and getting stressed out

This hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We enjoyed the lazy river and the beautiful view. We were unaware the breakfast had been discontinued and they required a deposit when you arrived. This hotel is in the process of being remodel. We did have to change room due to a sink leaking water. Our 2nd room had door lock problems. The hot tub and the pool were not heated and one of the dryer didn't work well. The only elevators that work are the once close to the office. We did enjoy our stay,even though we had some issue.

The hotel was nice for the price. But some floors were un finished and just had drywall and the outdoor pool was dirty. We found a bunch of black specs on the sheets. When I googled it they said it was beg bug poop. They also don’t have tubes for the lazy river as advertised.

The pool wasnt heated the elevator didn't work. The staff was awesome

Overall stay was good, however I would highly recommend that hotels provide their current condition to the website. The hotel was going through a refurbishment (replacing carpet, elevators were broken, etc)

i didnt get to stay two week ago they did not require a deposit today they required a deposit the whole reason i went there is cause i didnt have the money for a deposit

The hotel is undergoing renovations and was very up front about it from the moment we checked in. All the staff we met were great and answered all our questions. The lazy river and pool were on the cool side and the hot tub was cool, but as the days went by it was getting worked on and getting warmer and warmer. It was a nice stay!

Very nice area

The hotel is under renovation, so there was no gym or breakfast room available when we were there. The lazy river was heated but the indoor pool was not, and the hot tub was not heated. The room was quite dated and there was a strong smell of Marijuana smoke on the floor where our room was when we first arrived. We used Febreze and some air fresheners, after which the room smelled decent. The staff were helpful and polite, doing their best to make the stay pleasant.

Recently purchased by Choice Hotels. Currently under renovation, was not mentioned on Hotel.com website. Took to hours to get i to our room. Tried two different set of keys to get into room 414, unsuccessful. Then got move to room 614, front desk clerk went with us to the room. No main lights working in the room and exposed electrical boxes and tub spout was leaking. So we waited in the room with our luggage while front desk clerk went back down to switch out the keys for another room. Clerk came back to get us stating she had check rooms out and 630 is good to go so we move again. Got into the room and settled in for the night (2am now) and then noticed hairs all over the sink and water had leak under the sink so the room had not been cleaned or not cleaned well. So tired and mad we just went to bed and try to get some sleep. There is also a nasty smell in the air as you walk through the hallways and the rooms. How is the places even in business??? Should be shut down until ready to open at Comfort Inn. This ruined my opinion of what a Comfort Inn should be like and all other Choice Hotel brands. If we would have check in hours earlier than 12am we would have left and went somewhere else. Totally unacceptable. I want my money back.
