The staff was very kind and helped us fulfill our requests. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to many metro lines and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are not very large, but in line with the average size of hotels in the area. For families, the dining area is very useful both during the day and for lunch/dinner through food delivery.

The room lights, clothing hooks, electric outlets are all lose!! For a 3 year old hotel this is bad...bathroom sink faulset is cheap quality, corners where cut for this build. Front Desk people where very nice...
Rooms Very small...
Repairs should be made now otherwise this hotel will be falling apart in a few more years...

We stay for 2 days in the Junior Suite and it was such a pleasant stay!!the hospitality, the cleanliness the security. I would for sure recommend and come back and stay myself ! A true 10/10

Nicely decorated lobby, quiet and very clean. Comfortable beds, great location and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great one night stay, saw a concert at the Garden. I would stay again when back in the city.

I chose the hotel because it had such high ratings. It is an ok hotel but one of the worst I have stayed at in midtown and I don’t get the high ratings. The staff were not friendly and made me tell them my birthdate, which made me uncomfortable because why do they need that? The housekeeper didn’t come until 4 PM, by which time I was dressing for dinner so it was inconvenient. There is a coffeemaker in the room but you can’t use it because of poor design- there isn’t enough head space to lift the lid to insert the pod and the cord isn’t long enough to pull it out beyond the cabinet. The thing you have to hold your room are up to to get the elevator to work was wonky and didn’t work half the time. Overall a poorly designed and run hotel. The only positive thing I can say is it is a convenient location. But there are so many better hotels nearby, that I won’t stay here again.

It was okay, but the room was REALLY small, housekeeping didn’t come one day and you have to pay a “resort fee” even though it’s not a resort or have a spa (or any amenities for that matter).

The staff was extremely friendly. We had to wait for about 20 minutes after check-in time for our room to be prepared, they upgraded our room to include minibar items. Very nice.

Property was very clean room was very clean as well, it was very noisy, door next door kept slamming not sure why it couldn’t be quietly closed.
