The shower did not work in the room. People were hanging outside by vehicles. No snack vending machines.

For the amount that I paid for the room it definitely wasn’t worth it. Couldn’t get the tv to work even after having the front desk person come to look at it.

Hotel was nothing nice but was fine for a one night stay. A little noisy just being so close to highway but bed was clean and didn’t see any bugs so we can’t complain

It was better than expected. The room was comfy and clean with plenty of towels (which is unusual). The beds were comfy. I wish there had been a small refrigerator to keep our lunch meat in. Service was great. Breakfast was inconsistent on quality. Depends on who is cooking to how good it is. You can tell who cares about the quality and who doesn’t. On our first night/morning, she stopped making eggs, tots and sausage at 7am. I heard her make the comment that was all she was gonna make and “they can take it or leave it”. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Very noisy. The hotel is about 50 yards from the highway. My room was nice, but it was at the front closest to the road. I could literally feel the vibrations of the trucks passing all night long. The second day I was moved to a room at the back which was in terrible condition-mold, water damaged ceiling, and buzzing with tiny flying insects. Towels, linens, and beds were nice. The breakfast was pretty sparse. Good place to stay for one night, as long as you bring earplugs.

The room was very old, also very old shower. It was very expensive for the condition it was in. The morning attendant was friendly!

We want a refund!! When the renter above us took a shower-around 12 pm, we were getting water through the canned light above the shower. AND it was not a drip or a trickle-it was pouring down through the light!! We refused to shower the next day because we were afraid we would get electrocuted! The dead bolt on the door did not go to all the way to the opposite side like they’re supposed to, so we were uncomfortable of feeling safe through the night! The neighbors made lots of noise throughout the night and the traffic was noisy as well. The breakfast was horrible and inedible. We have stayed in several Quality Inns over the years and this was the worst one! We will never stay there again-no matter what city it’s in! We would like a refund!! We told the desk clerk and they didn’t seem too concerned. They said they’d had that complaint before! We are very disappointed!!!!

Nice and clean

During my stay, my desk was broken, the shower had black and pink mold. The tv remote was not there and then the Tv had to be reconfigured. I got moved to another room and the tv had to be reconfigured twice .

Hotel was very dated, mold around bathtub, smelled terrible, unfriendly staff, etc.

Stay somewhere else, plenty of hotels across the street. But if u have to , staff are super nice/ my first room was horrible, was offered a better room, which helped a lot was much better .

Needs lots of updates and repairs. Staff was very nice.
