Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Walla Walla

Great place to stay in Walla Walla. Short walk to downtown which was a fun place to hang out. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was fully equipped

Hotel staff were very nice and considerate. Complimentary breakfast had multiple options. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool but the hottub wasn't in the best working condition. Our room could have been cleaner and hotel needs updated. Price was reasonable.

The breakfast they provide is a 10/10! Location is great. Walking distance from all the great shops and places to eat. I would stay here again.

The hotel was close to downtown and we were safe walking after dark. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was super good. Best we've found.

Convenient for access into downtown and parking. Close to great restaurants in town. Room was clean upon arrival, only complaint is the PILLOWS!! Not comfortable, small, hard and lumpy. Bring your own

Morning manager was amazing, she was very helpful and kind.

Room had a defective fan, which we discovered after only 2 hrs in the room. We asked to change rooms, but were told we must request that in less than 2 hrs! Finally we got them to give us a new room, and THAT one had crusty debris on the rug and a suspicious stain on the bedding. They refused to give us another room, so we left the hotel that evening. Worst hotel experience ever.

I liked the breakfast when it is first put out. Lots of choices. I didn't like that the manager berated a staff member while i was eating breakfast. It felt awkward.

The room was so incredibly dirty, tooth paste all over the mirror, globs of hair in the bathroom and closet. The chair was so stainned it was disgusting. Floors had small pieces of garbage and dirt everywhere. The bathroom had ripped toilet paper next to the toilet. My daughter opened the cabinet and there was a beetle running in there. It was the most disgusting room ever. It was supposed to be a celebration for my daughter. The pool and hot tub were closed which my daughter was so devastated about then she got so scared after the bug. She was worried they were more bugs in the sheets of the bed. I tried to get ice and there was froven bugs and dirt in the ice. Honestly the room could not have been worse. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. I took pictures of the room because I dont think a place like that should be open. Its unsafe and unsanitary. I had tried to get a refund and was refused. I honestly can believe how dirty it was.
