the staff was very rude and even cussing. There was a smell of rotting meat in the hallway,the toilet did not flush and we stayed out tell 11pm and found a gang of people in the parking lot including hookers. Stay away from this place.

Not very clean and had to change rooms due to large stains on bedding. Other room had damaged walls and appliances.

The rooms were dirty. There was graffiti on the walls in the rooms. Half the lights didnt work the shower dripped amd there was mold and dirt in all the cabinets the towels and sheets were stained . Also the breakfast was a joke they aera was dirty no plates dirty tables counters and worst of all the whole serving equipment was filthy. I complained to the manager in the morning and the check in night but they didnt care and just sat at the front desk.

Staff was good but someone tried to burn the hotel down while I was in my room Had to exit the hotel while they put out the fire and air it out

There were roaches and no towels. went ask for some they gave my baby wet ones. Didn’t feel clean so had to book at another hotel. iv been calling all morning to speak with manager for refund

There was no breakfast in the morning by 7:30am and they did no replenish empty trays, they didn't have disposable plates. My room didn't have a towel mat for the floor in the shower. The staff is nice, it's just badly managed.

Check in we got the key to a room that was occupied we walked in on people! The breakfast runs out and that’s it they don’t put out more food. Even no-smoke rooms smell like smoke including the front desk. You do get what you paid for. It’s not worth it, staffing is great there super nice

It was not that very clean

Arrived at the hotel. Questionable individuals hanging around the front. Room had no towel, not toilet paper. Shortly after my arrival local police had arrived for some issue. Smell of marijuana in the hotel. The room was not clean. It appeared as though someone had started cleaning but did not finish. Mop strings caught in the vinyl flooring seams. The bathroom mirror had just been installed and the vanity was covered with concrete dust. The bathroom door had gotten wet from the shower and the inside veneer was peeling and falling away. Mold on the shower ceiling. No remote for the TV.....and saving the best for last.....around 3am someone set a fire in an area near a rear entry, resulting in everyone being evacuated to the parking lot by the fire department. While standing in the parking lot, I learned the probable arsonist was someone who had been recently kicked out of the hotel.. As for the free breakfast, it essentially consisted of poorly maintained fried eggs that were stuck to the hot pan and gray colored sausages which were apparently only microwaved. No bread items. No fruit. We did manage to get a couple yogurts from the front desk staff. Absolutely the worst experience in my life.. They should lose their franchise soon. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

I appreciate the willingness to accommodate us on a first floor room since my husband has some back issues. I was given a second floor room initially and when I requested an exchange Ana made the arrangements very quickly. They certainly know how to keep customers happy. The breakfast was the best of out whole trip! Thanks

We didn’t have pillow cases on pillows, the floor was not swept, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The hotel offered breakfast,but wasn’t available at the 6:30 am time posted .

staff here is more than kind .. they really go the extra mile and breakfast is good and hot daily and they change it from day to day from eggs and sausage then biscuits and gray to waffels ... great place
