it was a great stay good service

It is advertised as a Watertown Hotel. It is not in Watertown and is a 5 mi. drive outside the town. We stayed at the property to attend a Triathalon the next morning. The walls are paper thin and any noise in the hallways echos throughout. Noisy neighbours made sleep difficult. The breakfast was waffles, egg rounds and sausage rounds. There was no bread of any kind, no fruit and terrible coffee. MacDonald’s is right beside the hotel and at least has decent coffee. Would not return! On the positive side, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms fairly updated.

Convenient location, was upset because no one came to the desk for over 10 minutes, we even called the desk phone number and no one answered. The beds top sheets had stains on them and the chair arm was ripped. Also our room was extremely hot when we first got into it. The breakfast didn’t have actual coffee, it was almost clear looking coming out of the machine. The apple juice had chunks that were on the bottom of the cup floating. No breads or anything for the egg and sausage patty.

Great room for the price. Friendly staff. Breakfast can improve.

There was a kid upstairs that kept running back and forth making a lot of noise. Kind of ruined the experience a little. The room was awesome, the shower was a little dirty with soap scum. Would stay there again.

It was spacious and comfortable for a standard room. Simple and efficient!

Breakfast could be a little nicer - add toast and maybe small pastries.

Broken door knob in the bathroom, very dated room.

Pleasant front office staff. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Overall it was good in relation to the cost.

We were incredibly disappointed by our experience during the first 20 minutes of our stay. After a long 12-hour drive with our two young children, we arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM, fully aware that it was late and doing our best to keep our kids quiet and respectful. Despite our efforts to settle them down quickly and prepare them for bed, we were spoken to about noise almost immediately after entering our room. We understand and respect the need for a quiet environment for all guests—but a little understanding and grace from the hotel staff would have gone a long way. Traveling with children is never easy, and we were genuinely trying our hardest to be considerate. After such a long day on the road, we were simply trying to get our kids calmed down and ready for sleep as quickly and quietly as possible. It was frustrating and discouraging to be addressed so soon after arriving, especially considering the circumstances. We would have appreciated a bit more compassion and patience in that moment. Families with young children should feel welcome, not judged.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, one room appeared newly renovated, the other room was not renovated but was clean and still decent. Would definitely stay again
