Quality Inn

Poorly kept up. Barely greeted, staff don’t acknowledge you. Stinks of smoke on the lobby. My room curtains were awful, see pics. Coffee pot dirty. Will not stay here again.

The heater in my room was broken. It blew cold air all night. When I had had enough and went to leave at 5:00 in the morning, I couldn't find anyone to speak to about this. There was a basket on the desk and instructions to leave your key cards there. There was also no breakfast available due to broken equipment.

The carpet was a little frayed at the door, but the room smelled nice and was clean.

We only stayed for 30 min. We walked in and saw that the sheets and comforter had stains all over and the room and hotel just smelt old and muggy.

Room was dirty. Ice machine broken down and covers laying on floor. No toilet paper in the room had to go to desk to ask for it and the lady at the counter huffed at me when I asked for it. Had dirty towels and stained towels. Asked for more towels and they were stained also. Drink machines were broken down for breakfast.

General upkeep needed. Rooms had evidence of being smoked in. Staff attempted to deodorize but work is needed. Back side of the bathroom door was broken and/or had large holes. Trim under air conditioner was falling off.

Several light shades were missing. A large screw holding up window drapes was pulled from the ceiling, and no bar soap or shampoo were available.

The ice machine was broke and there is no elevator.

Overall it was a good place to stay staff was very polite.

The staff at front desk was good and nice. However the Nat’s were annoying and our door was really loud everyone could hear it open and shut. Other then that is was a great stay

Very nice and was able to get us a room last minute when there was even some sort of sports team staying there as well. Gentlemen at front desk was super nice.

The room was dirty, there were giant holes in the bathroom door and the door knob was broken. My husband got stuck in the bathroom. There was also a roach.

Maintenance and house keeping was very poor

The deadbolt was broken, the room smelled like a wet dog and the keycard was good for one opening and it needed to be reset.

The property is clean, bright and welcoming as you would expect from quality inn Until you get to bed. What a nightmare!! Noisy ice machine, guests up all night partying and the property is stick built so be prepared for noise all night from creaking and popping floor boards from people above We didn’t get to sleep until late it was so noisy then woke up at 6am from people getting up and leaving from the room above. The breakfast was a letdown. Breakfast potatoes under cooked and covered with weird flavors. Eggs were omelette style with nasty cheese inside. We chose Quality In because we’ve always been happy with the rooms and good simple breakfast ideal for the lactose intolerant won’t be staying again This has been a disappointment

The stay was ok, the cost of service dog is unexpected and outrageous and unfair,30$ per animal, and for service animal, should not be a charge,

The room was nice and seems updated. The breakfast was not great and ended up going out for breakfast.
