Quality Inn

This is a great place to stay, as it’s only 30 minutes from Ocean City! However, it could use some improvements. I requested two non-smoking rooms—one was clean, but the other smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke.

The property is not maintained well. Wads of hair in the shower drain and mold along the bathroom door frame and ceiling.

Hotel is older and dated. There was some attempt to update but rooms were not great. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way, toilet seat was broken, walls and carpet were worn. However, beds seemed newer and somewhat comfortable

It was 100 percent better than travel Lodge and the personal were alot more professional than travel Lodge

We have stayed here a few times and have zero complaints. Rooms and hotel are super clean. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Blanket had stain.

I like that the check in was fast and seem less. As we began to bring our things from the car we noticed ants in the room and soon after on the bed too.

The first room we checked into smelled like mold and was damp. The staff offered to move us. The next room was passable. No smell. The decor and lighting in the rooms and hallways was depressing. The WORST PART was when we got into the second room, I opened the shades to let in some light and someone was trying to take stuff off from our car. We had only been in the building for five minutes. It was broad idaylight. We left. The front desk staff gave us a full refund. The only good thing about the motel was the front desk staff who were polite and accommodating. If I were on the road by myself with no other option, I’d stay. But there was no way I’d have my family stay there. We’d rather sleep in the car in a well lit parking lot.

Our room was on lower level of building, around corner from main lobby. Seems our hallway had several rooms with dogs. There were 2 dogs in particular that were aggressive. Room keys would only work one time-I was locked out of our room with my dog while my friend trekked down the hall to lobby to have our key cards reset. Owner with the 2 aggressive dogs tried to enter from outside two times and I was standing in the hall-locked out and waiting for my friend to return. He actually encountered her when he was returning from the lobby and the dogs were aggressive towards him. Non-working key cards was extremely inconvenient and almost resulted in 2 dangerous encounters. The bigger issue was the unsafe bathroom conditions. I discussed having a h/c assessible bathroom.. I was told this was only available in rooms with 2 queen beds! We booked a king. The tile floor was slippery. The tub was dangerously slippery, with NO safety bars and the tub surface had ineffective non-slip strips. It was treacherous. We put a towel in the tub to attempt to have traction just to be able to try to stand securely enough to shower. We had no housekeeping service, therefore had no fresh towels for our 2nd day. We realize this hotel was an older property, but basic security in bathrooms and working key cards are necessities, not luxuries.

2 night trip for baseball. Night 1, Wi-Fi was terrible, and fire stick tv would not even get internet connection. Lady at front desk was nice, but not helpful to get working internet or tv. Night 2 we discovered another Wi-Fi that actually worked that the lady at the front desk was not aware of. After I got the kids tablet online the tv would not work at all and I had to reset the fire stick. After I got the tv to work, but would continue to cut out with no internet. On morning 2 we had a later game start of the day and we head down for breakfast at 9:10. There was a line of people making waffles and no eggs or sausage like the morning before. At 9:34 I walked up to the guy at the desk and asked if he was going to put more eggs or sausage out. He informed me that breakfast ended at 9:30 and what was out was it and seemed very inconvenienced that I was asking for more that I have been waiting on for 24 minutes at that point. At 9:49 some of the front desks friends came in, and he had no problem making them eggs and sausage when they came in. Shower head was cracked and was actively flooding the floor of the bathroom when trying to take a shower. The only plus side of this hotel was it was decently clean beside a pair of women’s dirty underwear in the parking lot.

The room is okay but the hall ways and staircase are too dirty

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking area was close to the rooms. However, the general public races through the parking lot making it difficult to park. The birds relieve themselves and no one is cleaning the area so you have to dodge big bird droppings. The rooms and inside of the hotel were sufficient and comfortable. I was generally pleased. And I will return
