Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and pool area was as well.

We liked the breakfast options

Check in was a poor experience. Felt bd for the man working but he did not know what to do. Room was nice but very overpriced.

Lobby smells like chlorine. Breakfast options minimal. And we had no house-keeping to give us dry towels during a 3-night stay.

The staff gives your information out to random people. Apparently all they have to do is say they are your cousin. When checkout day arrived my brother still had 2 hours left to checkout and my son went into his room to look for his charger while my brother was in the parking lot loading his bags into the car. My brother still had his room keys. But when my son got to the room there was some women in there already taking things and she took my brothers room key from my son. My son ran out of the room to tell my brother what just happened. Apparently this lady had already made a beeline for the staff lounge near the customer service desk with my brothers personal belongings. They had to shamely bring it out from behind the counter and admit they steal.

We decided to book a spontaneous trip, this hotel did not disappoint! We were very happy with our stay!

Clean nice looking Hotel. Nice pool and big Jacuzzi hot tub . Found it a little weird that when I checked in they didn't ask for an ID or card for incidentals and she didn't really say more than three words.

The hotel is nice and clean. Perfect for my one night stay.

We come back to this hotel all the time. The staff is incredible. Friendly, accommodating, and you feel like they are welcoming into their home. There were some things that were great and some that could improve upon. The rooms were clean for the most part. The carpets could definitely use a cleaning. But the beds were comfortable and towels, sheets, and overall room cleanliness was okay. The pool area was a bit disappointing. He sauna had no power going to it and the hot tub jets were not working. It would be nice to see some large fans though installed inside the pool area to circulate the air.

The customer service was excellent, especially the evening shift person. The bed was comfortable The room however had a few problems. The microwave was not plugged in and only worked with some of the selections. The microwave had an ice bucket, cups and mints stuffed in it. The bedside lights did not work and neither did the one over the TV. The sink and area around it was not clean. Also the shower temperature was only warm , no hot water .

Nice property. We went to Ladysmith for a high school sporting event anded one night. Stayed the one night. Great North Wisconsin decor in the lobby, looks like this maybe a busy place during hunting season.
