It was an older hotel that is being remodeled in stages. Everything that has been remodeled is really nice. The room was nice and the lobby area was very nice and updated and clean. The pool area needed to be updated, but repaired at least. The pool was absolutely freezing. I like cool water but this was even way too cold for me. The kids almost didn't even go in it and that was the entire reason of getting a hotel instead of staying with family.

Decent spot for the money. I loved the pool table in the pool area. My only complaint was the cereal needed to be changed. You can tell it had been sitting in the containers for a while.

Didn't feel safe. One small lock on door and peep hole had been drilled out and someone else plugged it will tissue paper. Only one small bar of soap in the entire room. Staff was nice, but overall, would not recommend.

Breakfast options were quite good. We went for a walk in the morning. When we came back they had deactivated our keys thinking we had checked out. This was somewhat inconvenient and inconsiderate.

Just what I needed - a serviceable room at a reasonable rate (although the prices did increase for the NFL draft, it was still much more reasonable than others). The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The location was okay. The breakfast was okay, the pool was okay, the fitness room was tiny, but okay. You get the picture...

A hotel with no bottom floor rooms and NO elevator is unacceptable. We had four grandchildren with us to enjoy a "cousins" weekend. After MULTIPLE trips up and down a narrow staircase, we got everything. Milk was stale at breakfast, and the space for customers to sit was minimal.
