What a lovely stay. The room was uber clean and nice. Easy access from being able to park my car outside my patio door. The staff is very friendly and they keep the premises very clean and there were always landscapers tending to the property. Housekeeping was fast and efficient and always asked me if I needed anything. What I liked the most, is that the price is uneatable for the quality. I extended my stay due to how quiet it was in my room even though I had guests staying in neighboring rooms. I also like that this hotel hallways were bright and clean, unlike other hotels that have dark and depressing hallways. The breakfast was really nice and well-stocked. This has been one of my more pleasant hotel stays. Across from starbucks whish is a nice perk. GREAT HOTEL!!!

One of the staff members was disrespectful. When I complained about one of the vending machines not working, he asked if I was ready to leave the hotel. I thought that was out of line. I had already paid for room and arguing over a vending machine was not worth the trouble. Also , the internet service was not good.

The room size and layout was good, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smell was terrible and overwhelming; very likely caused by a dead animal in a wall or ceiling. Also the bathroom floor had hair on it and the bathroom door did not close at all, it does not fit in the door frame. The level of the room was very basic, which we were expecting (even though the price was very high, but that seems to be on par for the area this time of year). However the conditions were unsanitary and it's unconscionable to rent it in that condition.

Check in was simple and easy, front desk was nice and lobby was okay. The room smelled like cigarettes, sweat, and urine and it didn't help that the A/C had not been turned on prior to arrive and the room was very humid. The sheets and bedding were stained and overall the room felt unclean.

There was smell as soon as you entered to building. Almost like they needed a dehumidifier. Got to the room and put on the AC. Left and came back at 1am with it not cool. Everything was damp.
