Staff is excellent room always on point. Derrick the manager is okay although you didn’t give me a discount on my stay. Elevator always smelling clean and fresh

The staff wasn't able to give us any form of guidance regarding parking. Breakfast was horrible. There was no food and when they brought out the eggs and sausages they were frozen.

Promised a king bed. My room had what looked like a small queen. Biggest complaint: no lamps in the room. Only a very bright fluorescent type overhead light. Unsatisfactory!! Area seemed sketchy particularly at night. Lobby was small and the checkin process took place with what looked like bullet proof plastic. Not very reassuring.

TV had no cable and bathroom door didn’t lock

My hotel room floors were not cleaned properly at arrival. We had to use towels to mop the floor.

Very nice property. A bit compact, but that's expected in the city. Lots of shopping near by and nearby garage

The place does not have any parking the room so tiny we couldn't even move around it.thank God it was only 1 night. The brakefast is a poor brakefast.my room floor was sticky looked like was not clean .i think that was a jail they transformed to an hotel.i will never go back to that hotel poor internet.

Cool spot

While it is a new property, the room was tiny, no bedside lamp, outlet only on one side of bed, there was so little room between bed and ac unit, that one had to go sideways. The ac blocked the "closet" door- which was only about 6" wide, the available hanging space didn't allow for clothes to actually hang. The shower had nowhere to place toiletries, so had to try and balance them on door handle. There were unfinished surfaces, the construction stickers were still on surfaces, flooring planks were sticking up in spots. No information provided for local services. No info for tv- which the desk attendant had to come upstairs to get it to work. Construction next door started early mornings as well. If I hadn't been there for a funeral, I would have relocated somewhere else.

The stay was awesome, very cozy and clean, friendly front desk and affordable pricing, I would definitely stay here again and already told all my friends.

VERY CLEAN, BUT A BIT NOSIY AT NIGHT

The entire floor smelled like marijuana, the water took a little over 30 minutes to get hot, the room is the size of 1 1/2 office cubicles put together and want that much bigger than the bathroom, the price that was charged for a 1 night stay was not worth it at all, and the television didn’t work. The best thing about it was that it was several minutes away from the subway.
