Ramada by Wyndham Maggie Valley

Clean. We had 2 rooms. 1 room was excellent The other room's toilet seemed to be leaking around the bottom. Other than that, staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to stay for the money.

The shower/bath and bed were all nice and clean, but the tv remote and ac was dirty and sticky. The only other real issue i had was with the lack of toiletries. The room came with the standard teavel size bittles of shampoo/conditioner, but the bottles were only 1/4 full and i barely had enough to was my hair.

This day was terrible the rooms there was hardly any people there but somebody upstairs from us kept banging all night the ice machine wasn't working there was no one at the front counter you had to call a number in order to get him it was just terrible I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Absolutely loved everything about our anniversary trip. The beds were not really that comfortable but other than that the stay was absolutely perfect.

Bathroom door handle was broken off. My son cut his hand on the sharp metal trying to get out of the bathroom. The room felt okay. But the bathroom is rough.

When me and my Wife first checked in. I walked in thinking someone would be at the front counter. Nope there was no one there. There was a sign there saying if no one was there to ring a bell. Well there was no bell to ring, so i made the ring sound myself and about a minute later, someone finally came out to check me in. The gentlemen gave me my room number and for some reason gave me a handicap room, when I didnt request one. Me nor my wife are handicapped. Got into the room and I usually do a walk through, throught the room and sitting in the corner there was a shower seat sitting there and what appeared tobe bloody feces on it. Even tho me and my wife dont use that. It was disgusting to evem have to see that sitting there. I immediately notified the front desk person(after waiting another few minutes for him to come out of the office) and he came and got the shower stoole. Also there was a human hair tangled in the blankets on the bed, the shower head didnt work properly, there was a stain on the shower curtain, and the room smelled modly. Iam very disappointing in my stay and will properly never stay here ever again. As I vist Maggie Valley alot esspically during the Winter months. The only reason i didnt give a 1 star is because the shower had really nice hot water. I do not recommend anyone to stay here while vistong Maggie Valley.

Clean rooms and overall a clean hotel. The guest manager was very helpful for our stay and re-opened thr breakfast area for us. Lovely creek runs behind the hotel. On a warmer day, a nice place to sit outside and relax.

Hotel was clean, bathroom could use an update but were clean. Quiet, cute area.

We had to call to request an early check-in. Not only did they accommodate our request, it was done 30 minutes earlier than promised. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great place in Maggie Valley. Small hotel that gets the job done. Clean room and good breakfast. HVAC unit ran a bit more than it seemed like it should have, but otherwise a comfortable room and the suite had plenty of space for the family.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos online. It is extremely small and dated - which is fine. It does not have an elevator & we were put on the 2nd floor. We are a family of 6 so carrying our luggage up and down flights of stairs with children was not something we were expecting or we would have booked elsewhere. The hot tub shown in the photos is no longer there. There is not a hot tub or a functioning bathroom in the pool area. The pool was dirty. Breakfast was decent.

The room style I had reserved was not available but it was due to hurricane helene people staying there for refuge. I was happy with what they offered, just wish the website had been updated to state selected availability.

Stayed here on a motorcycle trip. The room was nice and comfortable with a balcony with rocking chairs. Bed was nice and bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast was odd, no coffee at all….. other than that I’d stay again

The guestroom was clean and well supplied, but there was no place to hang clothes. I was also very confused at check out when my room charge was applied to a credit card that I do not have.
