Stayed there for five nights. During my stay, the service was excellent: Daily housekeeping, good breakfast, and provided plenty of towels and washcloths. Bed was comfortable. The only issues I saw were the soap bars were quite small, and they don't recycle. Among the cheaper options in the area, so it's a solid choice for Wisconsin Dells visitors looking to save money on lodging.

The lady that took care of us was still training so she had to get her notes, but she was so nice and she helped us out so much. I previously booked with another hotel that I would never stay in , I got caught in the rain and construction was bad so I was really exhausted. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she was a sweet pea. I also saw the Manager ( or the owners) assisting with the rooms and that was impressive! I will be back in June! Thank you so much! Mrz. Front desk agent was pretty rude. Ended up charging me per person even though I booked a suite that fits 6. Maybe it’s something I overlooked but have never had a hotel up charge me like that. Also responded to the welcome text that Ramada By Wyndham sent me after check-in because our toilet was clogged when we arrived at our room. The text had stated “let us know if you need anything during your stay.” Figured it was appropriate to respond, since I needed my toilet unclogged. Front desk agent told my wife it was impossible that I was texting anyone as no texts get sent and there is no way to communicate with them via text. My assumption is that they just are a little behind on the technology side.

I picked the Ramada because of its convenience to pretty much everything and it’s affordable. Unfortunately after walking into our room and getting the sofa bed pulled out so that it was ready for when we returned it was dirty with crumbs and hair. Going in the bathroom I found more hair and a dirty tub. And when returning to the hotel that night my kids opened the microwave and found what I believe is weed. I gave it to the receptionist the morning of check out and all that was said was I’m sorry.

The rooms were quiet. It was nice, being from colorado not to have to smell weed everywhere too. The bathrooms were small but the beds were comfortable.

Refrigerator was cery loud. Maintainence Staff played blaring mexican music in the pool area at 730am that could easily be heard through the walls of the rooms. Old pizza left in the Refrigerator from prior guests. If the price is under 60 its worth considering. Youll be mad if you pay over 80 for this place.
