Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Naples Downtown-5th Ave S

We checked out after the first night, when we walked into the room we saw roaches on the side of the bed. It’s Florida, so they’re everywhere but it gave my wife the creeps and she couldn’t sleep there.

The property is in good condition. The room was clean and big. We enjoyed everything: close to the beach, Downtown, and restaurants. The pool was awesome.

Very confortable

We needed a place to stay after driving thru the everglades and nothing available. The guy at check in was very nice and check in was very easy room was spacious and love the screened in porch

Great hotel in a convenient location!

Toilet was broken. There was a roach inside of my bathroom as soon as I walked in. Expedia claimed that this was a better property versus the one I had to cancel. Area around the hotel was sketchy. I don’t recommend.

I had a good time staying here. The costumer service was good, I had to reach out to them every day, especially because they gave the pool towels at the front desk and they treated me very nicely and with respect. It is a pet-friendly facility and I saw a lot of fur friends around. The location is excellent, 5-20 min to go almost everywhere around there and 30 min to get to Marco Island. I highly recommend it.

It was a great price

Not very clean. The floor in the lobby and sidewalks and surrounding were in some sticky substance. Carpet in the room not vacuumed in the dust.

This property is perfect for vacation with the family and is perfect location for visiting the beach and dawnton

The pool and hot tub were excellent. Room was great. The only thing I was surprised if I wanted to use the in room safe. There was a fee. Never seen this before. I didn't use the safe but my credit card was charged. I called after noticing the charge on my credit card bill. Was refunded. Besides that everything was good.

Very affordable hotel. Only 10 minutes away from Naples Beach. Have alot of option for food. Maria at the Front Desk was friendly and accommodating.

While the person checking me in (note: it was late, around 11:30 PM, so I understand the night person may not be as skilled as desk personnel during daytime hours) was obviously not skilled with the process (it took 15 minutes, and he charged me twice for the incidental fee, which covers use of the room safe, plus checked me in for one day, versus the correct three, so my room key stopped working), I can overlook that. The room was fabulous. It was a suite, and had a spacious back bedroom with a door that could close that area off to the rest of the unit. The bathroom had two doors, so guest(s) on the sofa bed in the living room could access the bathroom without entering the bedroom. The living room and kitchen were also spacious, and the peninsula was set up very well, and could accommodate 6 people. There were two 55" tv's in the suite, and there were 50+ channels offered. The kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, and quite a few dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Cleanliness and comfort (like the mattress) was excellent, though like many hotel / motels, there were examples of wear and tear that were more than minor. But, overall, this is no real issue to me. The best part was, even with a major event in town (US Open pickleball), the rate was superb, at just $115 a night (before tax). That's incredible value, and makes this stay easily fall into the excellent category, overall, regardless of somewhat minor issues.
