This was a waste of my money and time now think at it I wish I had payed a little extra for the Marriott hotel Nextdoor instead maybe they would have had better hospitality. Just know Red Rood Inn I will never be booking a room anywhere with your franchises name. You should feel embarrassed for your guys poor performance.

My son and I went to check in and I noticed that the whole place was in disarray. There were windows broken and boarded up. We checked in they walked us to the room.we went in , I see that the beds were broke, and there were dirty diapers on the floor, I refuse to stay there and asked for a refund. They said that they would. That emailed a receipt of zero charge to my card. And I had to find another hotel . This was absolutely the worst experience and am very disappointed .

This property is an absolute sh*thole now! Pre-covid is was our family's favourite Buffalo hotel. Clean rooms, great amenities and friendly helpful staff. We had stayed there at least 4x. Now I would prefer a prison cell over a room. We asked for a extra pillow at the desk. They claimed they don't have any. Our room was beside a unit that was condemned (one of multiple on the property). There was no office chair at the desk. No second single chair in the room. No washcloths, a broken microwave and we had to go back to the desk to get a roll of toilet paper. Which we were met with indignation about as well! There is no PLUS at this location. The owners should be forced to stay in it for a week (assuming the don't catch a biohazard) exposure. A complete unprofessional joke!

I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen bed then I got 1 room with king bed and the bathroom was very bad so horrible, water was coming out from under the toilet, the bathtub was stained and rusty. Arrived late at night and had no choice, I needed to sleep. I couldn't shower because I was so disgusted.That was not the room that appears when I booked online.

Had to change rooms twice and still it was barely tolerable. It’s in now way worth the price and no way would I stay again. They really should be refunding me. First room/night no sleep with constantly running toilet and room was icky. Second room was better but AC wasn’t working right and toilet running again. Switched to third room and was awakened by screams of terror! Still don’t know if it was human or animal. Absolutely the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had! The photos online, while not setting expectations high, are still very inaccurate. Room furniture is beat, missing, or not functional. Staff tried but it just wasn’t enough.

Room was freshly painted, but truly needed cleaning. Dirt and grime in corners. Painters could have at least cleaned splatters on counter/furniture. No maid service. Wonder where my $100+ per night goes. Charge, of course, for smoking in your room, but the lobby REEKED of smoke. Stayed here out of lack of options as we're here on business, but will try to find someplace else in future.

The only thing clean in the room was the bed. It was dusty, the little table and the floor were dirty. There wasn't any toilet paper, we had to go ask for some. We left for the day on our second day and the room was not serviced while we were gone. Atleast there wasn't any bed bugs.
