It was a gorgeous room. The staff was friendly and I could tell that they cleaning crew really paid attention to detail. The shampoo and conditioner they supplied was very good quality which I appreciate as well! First time staying and will likely be back and would recommend!

My toilet ran all night it was excessively loud as well the heater was either on at 75 or shut off entirely I could not adjust the thermostat

This is one of those cash grab properties. Be prepared to pay for parking at $24-42.00 per day.
Crazy priced bottles of water, ECT.
They don't even provide a water for rewards members.

Staff are great friendly ! Hanger steak in restaurant was great !! Cleaning staff did great job! Only bad thing that indoor pool wasn’t workin first day I arrive !

Parking is in a garage about 200 feet from building. Then when you get inside the parking lot, you have to pass by valet parking and handicap parking. There’s no microwave in the room. The menu is kinda of pricy and there is no conventional breakfast available. You spend money on parking daily and food. And there’s no microwave. It’s a very fancy upscale hotel but I spend 150 extra on food and parking. And then I couldn’t save my food because the fridge wasn’t large enough and then I couldn’t rear heat it. Oh, there’s a Starbucks, so that’s cool.

Upon arriving we were very disappointed as parking was over priced to the point where it was half as much as a night there. Well walking in we were greeted in a very friendly manner where the staff was very nice and helpful, the general area was also beautiful with good ambiance. However once we went to our room we saw that this was not the case as the appliances in the room were broken, the toilet didnt flush, the floors were dirty, the shower was not working, the sink had no pressure, i had to fix the fridge myself, and the furniture was also damaged and dirty. There is no free wifi in the room and using it requires you to go to public spaces. The pool and fitness area was nice however the game room was under construction and when calling the facility they told us it was operational. Overall I would not stay here again i feel it is priced reasonably but keep in mind there are hidden costs which are highly inconvenient.

Great hotel! There was a bit of miscommunication about the housekeeping and on our first night the toilet did not flush. However, the staff got on it right away and apologized for it. Great place and fancy!
