Had a meeting scheduled in center city and we booked 7 properties with Renaissance, They were centrally located, responsive, and all the amenities were great especially the sporting club at the bellevue hotel which is awesome! Thanks for a great stay, will definitely stay again

Great Alternative to a hotel, would stay again! Located only 3 blocks from Rittenhouse Square, Great location for my family, walking stances to everything, Food and shopping were great! Renaissance was very responsive to all my requests

Old / outdated building, apartment kitchen & living was renew & ok. Bedrooms ok , but one had very sketchy Shower and bathroom was not good! Cheap quality , location was good for University city (our child was first week ) we chose for the 2cnd bedroom rather than 2 hotel rooms across the rooms across the River . Mybwife was unhappy
