Slap bang in the middle of downtown. Easy to walk to and right beside the market

Really nice hotel. Very small hotel and so some perks like checking in early and extra face cloths were not the most available. Would book again just would fly in first thing in the AM. It was definitely a struggle to force ourselves to sit up and walk around after a 8 hour travel day.

It was amazing. I will definitely stay there again!!! It was quiet and very clean. Lovely and exceptional place. Highly recommend!!

It’s close to the Pike place market

Not very clean, socks were black after walking around for 5 minutes. Charge $250 deposit due to “full amenities” but when we got into our room the washer nor dryer worked. Not the best stay.

Nice & comfy.

The location to the market can’t be beat! Especially for the price and amenities. The one big downside was the out of order washer dryer in the room. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this property for a fun visit to Seattle.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage with reception as we arrived hours before our check in. We had a lovely corner room looking out over pike place. We had everything we needed in the room (fridge, sink, coffee, comfy bed, etc). There’s no vending machines or anything like that, but a convenience store very close by where we could grab water pop and snacks. Would stay again :)

The room was nice, only complaint was the near constant stomping from the room above us at all hours of the day and night. At checkout the clerk stated that room is haunted by a little boy. Would have been nice to sleep on vacation without constant interruption. A partial ghost refund would be fair.

Reside Hotel by Wyndham was a great location for shopping and Pike Place. Lots of restaurants in close walking proximity. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got to Seattle early and we were able to drop our bags off at the hotel before check in. The only negative thing I would have to say is lots of homeless and drugs going on in the area. The monorail and link stations close by for all the local activities.

There’s plenty of place to eat. And Bed was comfortable

The location is great due to its proximity to the Pike Place Market, the Westlake LINK light rail, and many bus routes stops. The lobby and elevator areas are worn down. The air-conditioning was a portable unit and there was the only 1 unit in the living/kitchenette area; no unit in the bedroom. Our room's bathtub had a really slow drain. If prime location is your priority and you don't plan on spending a considerable amount of time in the room, then this might be a choice to consider.

This is a fantastic location for exploring Seattle. One bedroom unit was comfortable and had what we needed. Highly recommended.

Do not stay at this location. Cramped, noisy, dirty towels, homeless and very odd people right outside door.

The staff was awesome - friendly, caring helpful. Really good! However, the place was not. It was hard to find - no signage except for a placard on the sidewalk. No place to park to unload and load luggage. Tiny lobby. When I arrived there were a ton of bags right in front of the elevator. My room was fine until the night time. The mattress was concave down the middle, so not very comfortable. The window shades left about an inch or two opening. I was in room 105. The brightly lit red hotel sign was right next to one window. White lights glared into every other window. Too light. If I had not brought an eye mask I would not have been able to sleep at all! The plug by the bed for charging was inconvenient and the air conditioner was plugged in - so no access to the side tables. The street noise was loud although a lot was drowned out by the loud AC. Location is great and maybe other rooms are fine. I would never stay there again!

Location was perfect. Easy access from the airport via Link and steps from Pike place market and waterfront, aquarium and many restaurants. Perfect location. The suite room we had was large with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer but the air conditioning was a single portable unit for the 2 rooms so it was not ideal. The view from our room was of walls of another close building , so if a view that matters, pick a room option with a city view. Even though it was non-smoking, there was residual old smoke odor lingering. Overall it was a good value for the location.

I would totally recommend this spot for anybody who is looking for a place that is easy walk to pikes market and other transportation options to go to other locations of Seattle

The interior was spacious and had everything we needed. It's very walkable and the elevator worked just fine during our stay. My only concern was the floors. They were a little dusty and could've used more cleaning. Other than that, it's a beautiful and quiet place.

Bed too soft & low for our taste. So sad about all the homeless walking around near the market.

Really a fantastic location, love the retro feel of the building, with newer furnishings. Thanks for a nice 3 day visit! Personnel were kind, friendly!
