I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Iberostar Star in Jamaica! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our incredible butler, Travis, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Also, a big shoutout to Alex, the night butler, who was always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything after hours. Both of them really made this trip extra special and unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommended!

The check in was awesome. We didnt have our suitcase with our bathroom items as there was a mix up at the airport and the woman who checked us in provided us with the basics we needed and was very sympathetic and friendly. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. We ended up not taking the shuttle from EWR to the property as I had sent a message to the hotel asking where to go for the shuttle but I never heard back. Shuttle from hotel to airport was great. On time and friendly driver.

For a family of five it came with everything you need to make breakfast lunch or dinner comfortable two bedroom two bathrooms. Also pull out. Bed was in great condition. Front desk. Staff was friendly and accommodating overall a great experience.

This stay was one of the worst. Reserved a 2 bedroom with pullout couch for 6 people. Was pleasantly surprised that I had an extra bathroom than was advertised. However, there was a massive hole in the bedroom wall, 2 tvs did not work even with maintenance “fixing them”. Asked for extra towels, after the third time just gave up. “Airport shuttle” has so many miscommunications that we spent nearly an extra hour at the airport waiting. Staff at hotel was kind, but that’s where it stopped. Definitely will not be staying again.
