Front desk was extremely accommodating - we had an early wedding and they were able to not only get us into our room early so we could get ready after a long flight but next to the rest of our family too!!

This was a great place to stay for our family. It is in a quiet area very near to numerous recreational areas in the Wasatch range. Breakfast was awesome and the pool was great to cool off in the evening. Rooms are a bit dated but otherwise clean, quiet, and comfortable. …would definitely consider staying again.

For our first night, we called at about 4 pm to say we were arriving late; they said no problem. When we arrived our 2 bedroom was given away and they split up my family into 2 separate rooms: 1 studio and 1 one-bdrm. The next day, our room wasn't ready until later in the afternoon so we repacked up our things and loaded up our car until our appropriately booked 2 bdrm was available. When it finally was, upon our first entry into the bathroom, there were noticeable pubic hairs on the floor and in the tub/shower. It just felt dirty. No compensation for any of it. 2 people offered "points", but neither followed through to actually issue/credit/provide anything at all.

We booked a 2 bedroom. We knew we were going to arrive late so we called to let them know. Upon arrival, they said our reserved room was given away. My family was split up. We had to check out the next day and wait for our 2 bedroom to be available and cleaned before we can check back in. Very inconvenient.
The new room had a few pubes on the bathroom floor upon our arrival.

This is a great place to stay if you plan on skiing nearby. But the price did go up in one year which I understand however we rented a room with a small kitchen and it was not well stocked with cookware.
The food at the breakfast buffet seemed to go downhill a little as well.
All staff were wonderful and the hotel overall is clean and worth staying at.

The toilet required use of the plunger at least once a day. Horrifying.
My room had a large stain on the carpet.
I was sent to get quarters (in order to dry my clothes) from the hotel across the street since the Residence Inn ran out of quarters.

This was a great spot to stay if you have multiple families staying. There is an awesome pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, bbq area, and fire area. Great place for people to meet together to visit.
