Rest Inn - Elizabeth

We arrived very late at night, after my flight arrival. My fiancée did visited the place during the afternoon and adviced me the place was not proper. When we arrived we noticed there were a too many garbage, I presume, behind the stairs, those were not in good shape, which I believe is dangerous. They are rusted and with holes. While getting to the next floor more garbage inside their bags. The place smelled like garbage and marihuanana from a guy smoking there. Room was not good equipped. Had just a soap and 1 towel. We addittionally ask for 1 more towel and toilet paper. But we then decided to leave the place because additionally they said they were not responsible for our vehicle and anything. This place is not suitable. We are staying at a very different hotel with different conditions at Crown Plaza Newark Airport hotel, at a lower rate.

no towels no shampoo no soap ! no tv ! very bad experience

There was no mirrors, room felt like a closet and bathroom was like a closet inside a closet. Tv had no reception then randomly turned on and flipped through channels. It would not turn off so I had to unplug the tv. It’s next to a very busy street so it’s very noisy. There was like a 1 inch gap under the door so nose from outside was heard loudly. It isn’t a very walkable neighborhood, no dining other than McDonalds on the other side of highway. Just no

absolutely horrible place, they have reconverted an old building into a motel with 0 facilities and ameneties, there are insects and trash everywhere

Bed shear has stain,TV didn't work,AC wouldn't turn on,said free parking included with room and had to pay to park,pile of trash that u had to walk by,the stairs case to go to the upper level where my room was had rust hold and where falling apart. Had black mold in the AC unit,sbather floor tire where all broken and cut the bottom of my foot, refrigerator had black stuff all throughout it. worse place I've even been

The place was disgusting. The tv didn’t work in there were roaches in the bed

This was an absolutely horrible experience , to the bugs , nobody at the desk , dirty sheets , no tv , stunk , bed bug spray sitting on the ground , noisy , big rats just hanging outside . Very disgusting .

Customer service is horrible tv don’t work WiFi don’t work hot water wasn’t working trash all out side and I sat my trash can by the door to be dumped and it never got done. Seen a big rat in the trash. Just overall a bad experience. Rooms look nothing like the pictures and wasn’t clean. Bathroom was not properly cleaned

Old outdated moldy atmosphere with intense odor of smoke. Burn holes in bed cover&pillow cases, hair in bathtub, broken uneven floor tiles, shower knob easily fell off, tvs still not working as mentioned in previous guest reviews.

Bud customer service, the property is terrible and unsafe, light bulbs not working and furniture broken

The stay was very much terrible and the location also is too risky to stay where the hotel owner doesn't care about the travellers and i am not satisfied with that stay where they are not refunding the money back as well.
