River Place Inn

Not at all worth over $150 for one night. After checking in, we went around the building to find our room which wouldn’t open. The front desk said they would send help. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came and we called again to find out that our room was actually in another building across the street. We weren’t told where to go upon check in. The WiFi does not work here! Not only that, my cell service was completely out. I was unable to use my phone for the night. Because of the lack of internet, streaming was unavailable on the tv. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was labeled non smoking online. There are many other places to stay around here, definitely find something else.

Rooms clean, big, quiet. Rear door open to the river. Awesome place, second stay there, will stay again

Bed was ok

The property is good. On the River. Quiet. Could use a remodel soon as it’s showing its age. I noticed there could be people living there full time and thats concerning. I had to constantly ask people to move to get up and down the stairs to get to my room as they were always sitting on the stairs. But overall the room was nice, clean, and worth the price.

Very clean room. Great location. Not a big fan of numbered parking spaces. Great concept if everyone complies.

Everything was good

Property staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was well-appointed and comfortable, especially for the price. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Pigeon Forge!

Guy at counter was really nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Trash at ice machine area and lots of people sitting outside their rooms. River view was nice.

Room looked clean. Only in the room from 11pm to 6:30am. Saw 2 cockroaches and 2 bedbugs. Sink faucet dribbled all night. Coffee maker switch was broken and didn’t work.

Should have been 60 bucks, ducks in the back woke me at 6 am, also the vending machines were not working, the tv has no local tv. No soap in bathroom or sink, the air con was halfway working.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice view outside, and convenient location.

Nothing special. Over priced for the age and conditions of the hotel.

Nice enough place couple of roaches hanging around. Just stayed 1 night and slept well, comfortable beds a little run down but expected with older hotel.
