Riverfront Lodging

Great place. Beautiful grounds. Nice staff. Only concern, rooms 1-12 have loud AC units. All others are very nice and quiet.

The waterfront deck is beautiful. The room was clean and well kept. Everyone was respectful and the atmosphere was iconic. Thanks!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating even as my schedule changed. I recommend Riverfront Lodging.

Host was super nice and friendly. She even tried to provide us a better room to accommodate our big group. At the end though some mix up happened so we chose to be in the original rooms we reserved. Room was cute too. The only thing I have to complain and that grossed me out was that i had already used the coffee machine in my room, and my family called me telling me that their cofee machine was dirty. I went into their room to clean it since i didnt want to bug the host so early in the morning. Well.... idk when was the last time the inside of the coffee machine was cleaned but there was black gunk all in the coffee filter, the actual pot was tinge brown still. I cleaned it as best as i could but I just couldnt use that coffee machine anymore. It was extremely disgusting. The cofee provided was who knows how old too.. Other than that... the property was very beautiful.

This is a beautiful property. There was a large wedding party when we stayed and we were worried about noise but it was not an issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower space was a bit small so a larger person than me 6’4” 218lbs or if you are clostrifobic there might be an issue. Front office personnel was spot on and there are plenty of dining options in walking or short drive distance for a small riverside community. They have a beautiful deck overlooking the Rogue River. If My travels bring me back to Shady Cove I would definitely request one of the rooms overlooking the river but we were in room 7 and it was just a very short walk to the deck on the river. Definitely worth staying here.

The air conditioning in my room was very loud and did not bring the temperature down. When I brought this up to the staff, I was told I should have booked the newer riverfront units instead, but they were fully sold out and no upgrade was available. I chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

Beautiful space! Clean with simple amenities. The porch and flowers made it so welcoming and really created an experience

Had a great stay at Riverfront lodging while attending a family reunion in the area. The receptionist was great, very helpful. Will stay again when in the area.

Great spot for getting to Crater lake. Rooms were clean, big, and comfy, great kitchenette. Located close to things to do in the town. We enjoyed breakfast at Mac’s next door which was walking distance away. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again!

The woman checking us in was very helpful. She gave us information and recommendations for places to see in the area.

We loved the amenities such as the rear deck on the river that was very relaxing plus the green area next to the parking lot. The room was very clean and comfortable for our one night stand. The manager was very friendly and professional in telling us about the place and giving us excellent reference for dining. Although it is older, the hotel and grounds were very well kept and we would definitely dtay there again.

Absolutely terrible customers service. My partner and I went to check in after a 7 hour drive. This place looked great and had excellent reviews for the area. As soon as we walked through the door, the lady at the reception was rude and obnoxious. We were checking in with a service dog for my partners epilepsy. This property does not allow pets, but service animals are a different matter. She started to debate the validity of the status of her service dog and refused to listen to any of our responses. Even when we offered documentation. Looked like it could be a nice place. This staff member however ruined the experience. We cancelled our booking and went somewhere else. If you want a better place to stay, take our advice, drive the extra 15 minutes south and stay at the Resort at Eagle Point. The staff there are welcoming and accommodating. Unlike this place. And about the same price! We now have a full suite and fully let friendly. Even if they aren’t a service animal.
