No hot water, dirty carpet, dirty windows. Front desk staff were very rude, non- communicative. Did not offer any help when told there was no hot water. Will never stay or recommend this establishment to anyone.

The strong smell of the room . I didn’t know what was that but hard to handle it

Do not stay here. Had two rooms they tried to put us in. They both smelled like urine. The rooms have no trashcans. The tub was disgusting. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. TOILET WAS NOT CLEANED. The local Health Department needs to be notified about this location.

It was clean and easy to access.

The hotel had black mold in the bathroom, pillows were horrible.. the hotel room was dirty and no one was available to clean the room.. you couldnt even get them to give you clean towels bc rhey only had one maid between 2 hotels.. never again

Breakfast was not what i was expecting bagels, muffins and cereal but milk left out on counter no ice or anything. The rooms really outdated, need repairs paint chipping, walls need a cleaning and new paint. Tub all scratched up, clear shower nozzle looked like it had mildew under it, tube drain rusted. When we checked the person that checked us in seemed like he was mad and didnt want ro be there.

Easy parking and nice staff, however, our non-smoking room was outdated, dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke.. also, the hot water barely worked. During the course of a normal shower, it was freezing cold and then scalding hot - with really no in between, until the hot water went out all together, then we were left with just freezing cold showers. The staff was very nice and seemed to understand the issues that we were having, however kind of unhelpful - they gave us a bottle of smoke cover spray for the carpet which was a decent temporary fix, but the smoke smell came right back the next morning. For the hot water issue, we were told that they didn’t have anyone to resolve the issue until the next day. When we asked for another room, we were told they were all sold out for the evening. We then just dealt with cold water showers. A little later, a maintenance man knocked on our door and tested our water and then said the boiler must have went out. From then on, our showers were back to rotating between scalding and freezing. No happy medium, just discomfort. The hotel is just outdated, paint chipping, dirty fixtures and stains on the walls/surfaces and such. But what do you expect for one of the cheapest hotels this close to the beach? 💀 The pool is nice, though.

Needs updated. There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. The pool was dirty. Only put out a limited number of items at breakfast. Says smoke free but room smelled like smoke so bad. Towels had dirty on them.

The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was polite. They needed to keep breakfast options stocked better. They ran out a lot. The refrigerator wasn't very cold and the freezer did not work. I reported it twice and it was never fixed I did tell them again when I checked out. Location is good....right in the middle of a lot of activities. Beach wasn't too far.

I stayed in one of their suites for two nights, and it was a few bucks shy of 400 for both nights. Its extremely affordable and a very nice place for the price

I really hate to rate a business this way but I can’t help it. It wouldn’t be right for me not to say something. The rooms in the back building were so run down. I’m actually shocked they are allowed to rent them. Mold throughout the bathroom and cabinets were barely holding up. The chairs were filthy. There are visible stains everywhere on the carpet. The curtains were broken. Paint is peeling off the walls. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was stuff on the floor behind the tv stand. The tub looks like it wasn’t clean properly. The sink and toilet got clogged while staying there. They did come fast to fix it.

Pretty diabolical for them to charge over $200 a night for this horribly outdated dirty motel. Truly filthy. Horrible mold stench. Water marks all over the bathroom the blinds didn’t even fully shut so people could see right inside your room from the outside anyone could walk up and all over. Super unsafe vibes felt very uncomfortable staying here should have been a $75 a night stay.

Our stay overall was very nice. The coffee was severely weak during our first morning breakfast, but everything was much better the next day.

The hotel was meant as a passing point to OC MD. For the price we paid, and the fact that there were 4 beds and a pullout couch made it worth it! I would t want to stay there long term, but just to sleep and have an extra day at the beach was worth the minimal price for the location and space!

Went in room and barely the a/c worked not pushing out enough air and a lot of damages In room like shower and door and ceiling next thing smelled pot like marijuanna pool closed early like 8pm when it could of closed like 9pm no guide to know what channels the tv had

Nice to have smoking room availability. Beds were comfortable. Not a bad stay for the price,I was surprised. Convenient to shopping and restaurant's. Short drive to beach and park and ride is close by.
