I thought I that I made the reservation in a better area. I was looking at a different area prior to making this reservation. Driving to the property, we saw a drug addict and a homeless person. Walking to our room, the smell of marijuana was everywhere. We only needed the room to mainly sleep in for a few nights. The rooms were clean. No one bothered us. Conveniently, there was a fridge and a microwave. The staff was friendly. In the day time, it's not so bad.

The location was good for my purpose of travel. Check in was adequate but I did not find the check in attendant very friendly or good at orienting a new visitor. The check out process was very straightforward and expedient. My room was very close to the road and a gas station behind was loud with car sound-system music occasionally.

The pool was unavailable, under the bedsheets I discovered eyelashes and an empty pill container. Furthermore, the cleaning lady entered the room without providing sufficient time to respond to her knock.

Love this place. Will be coming back soon.

Second time staying here because my first time was a great experience, the customer service is amazing, every staff member you encounter acknowledges you, amazing overall.

Staff at the hotel was great, both people at reception as well as the cleaning staff. Bed and pillows were super confortable. Area is nice, a gas station is next to it and also an area with a Walmart, Michaels, Marshall, Friday, Ross and several other places to eat

I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem. This time for some reason they were asking for a cash deposit. Something that I hadn’t have to do. It was very inconvenient considering that they didn’t have an ATM or anything close to the cash or did they disclose it on the app that it was required. Other than that the room was good. Quite a bit of hairs on the floor but whatever.

This was by far the worst experience I've had staying in a Hotel. On my second night I attempted to use the hot tub, which was the reason for selecting this hotel and there was no hot water. When I contacted the front desk I received the worst customer service. I was told it was impossible to have no hot water, and that nothing could be done about it until morning. The horrible customer service continued in the morning even after it was confirmed that the hot water was indeed out and for the third time during our stay were told to check out if no hot water was an issue for us. They refused any information to escalate the issue to management. We requested for the manager to contact us since they wouldn’t give us any contact information and we were never contacted. We then contacted customer service over the phone which had great customer service but told us that all they can do was give us “points” when we are not even reward members, and after this experience have no intentions in joining. It took 3 phone calls, multiple hours and an escalation to a manager to finally feel like my complaint was being heard and validated.

Wonderful stay. Clean room, bed was comfortable. One of the best I’ve ever stay in.
