Rodeway Inn Wine Country

I have now stayed at a motel that was a true #2 rating. We pulled up to the office and was greeted with a note on the office door saying to go to the hotel next door. There was a makeshift office. I was checked in fast and told where my room was. The room I had was on the other side of where I was told and I had troubles finding it will all our luggage in hand. I opened the door and the room reeked of smoke. When I booked the room, I booked a non-smoking room. We had to air out the room for an hour or so to get the smell out. In the bathroom, the cover to the fan was missing. A piece of the molding on the floor was tore off. One of the tables next to the bed was ripped off the wall. The rooms were cleanish, but in dire need of renovation. A true 2 on the rating chart. The price was right but I would not stay at this location again.

The pictures online are totally misleading. The rooms are terrible bathrooms filthy, beds uncomfortable and raggedy.

The room was not clean, AC barely worked and was loud, too noisy, and found something under the bed which I can't describe.

This property lists amenities online that it does NOT actually offer or have available. Our bedding had cigarette burn holes in it, furniture was torn up, and cockroaches on the walls

At night outside my room (239) there was a dog barking, people shouting, and kids making noise. No breakfast. My coffee maker was unusable because it leaked. Ice maker was nice. Proximity to Highway 101was good.

Its a older motel,located right off of hwy 101.Easy to find,Room was ok,rate was ok.

The room smelled bad (too much cleaner). They’re trying to cover up the dog smell. The parking was terrible. They allowed this bus to take up all the parking especially since we got back late from the casino. Their TV remote didn’t work. The bathroom had some residue; not too clean. I had to go out in the cold & walk to their office for a replacement. This place needs a major overhaul. We wasted over $100. We deserve a refund!

Let me start with the check in process. When I arrived there was an attendant at the desk fully engaged in a conversation with another gentleman. I assumed he was a customer but soon realized he wasn’t. When I interrupted them (I apologized) I was told “oh it’s ok he’s not a customer”.. he then moved over so I. An check in but stood uncomfortably close to where I was standing so I just scooted away a bit. (This made me a bit uncomfortable) I got my room key. The non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, furniture was old and worn, toilet wasn’t properly secured it moved when you sat on it, random hairs on sink, in bed, and linens. Towels were extremely limited and not even appropriate bath towel size,biggest towel was basically a hand towel and it was super thin and dingy looking. After seeing the dinginess of the towels I actually didn’t feel comfortable putting my head on the pillows directly so I put extra shirts I brought in them and slept on top of the fitted sheet opting out of using the linens provided. We were actually going to stay somewhere else however it was late and nothing was available around the property so we literally ran to target and purchased towels and a light blanket for the night then checked out first thing in the morning. At checkout the man at the desk was not even interested in making eye contact with me but was more interested what was playing on his iPod, he say not one word to me just took my key so I left. We will NEVER stay there again!

Most horrible hotel stay experience EVER! Room was very dirty, sink was broken, toilet wouldn't flush, TV was ripped off the wall, they do not serve breakfast like they advertise that they do. Shady characters all side all night long doing I don't know what, air conditioner broken, bed was broken and you could feel the springs. When we requested a different room, they lied and said they were booked for the night. Not ever again!!!

It was not cheap but Everything was so old. The bed is so noisy and not comfortable. It was not a good experience. Poor quality of everything. Not recommended.

The place was great for the money. The staff was nice. Just seemed to be too much activity for me. The police did make their rounds here.

Need updates

The room needs fragrance to smell all the time good.,and also change the old chair looking not good.

My stay was great as always. I stay here once a month always love coming here.

Dirty

It was nice right next to the graton casino, and a half hour away from the ocean. Scrolls the street from an olive garden and hooters. Walmart is down the road. Next to budget in could probably use a little TLC other than that I was comfortable and enjoyed my vacation.
