Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. I hate that the outside had scaffolding on it at the time. I missed out on seeing the beauty of the front exterior of the hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the location. When coming to really experience shows and times square, it is a great location. The room was a good size for solo travel. I believe I would've even been fine in the room with a travel companion. I would recommend and return!

Very small room, no wardrobe or drawers sufficient for 2 people over 5 days. No dressing gowns as advertised, breakfast and wi fi states free but have to pay service cost of 30 dollars a day. Location good but very noisy

We enjoyed our stay at The Sanctuary New York. The lobby area is lovely. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. We visited Haven Rooftop for Brunch, and the food was very good. On our check-out day, the hotel held our bags for us so we could go out around the town. There was also a free continental breakfast offered, that I didn't know about when I booked the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find out about it. We didn't use the feature but it was nice to know it was there. And the price was great for the location.

This small boutique hotel provided a perfect location for me while on business. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Shout out to Spencer who checked me in and Katy who looked after my room. The rooms were cosy but perfect for my needs. The shower was fantastic and for make up lovers, the lighting in the bathroom was fantastic. Although the hotel could do with a refurb, it was clean and comfortable. I loved the self service tea, coffee station by the registration desk, which is great after a long day. Plus they made a lovely cup of British tea. The breakfast was OK, felt this was the area that could offer improvements, like local products but the bagels were fresh and delicious. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to everyone.
