My stay was not what I expected from. Sheraton. It feels more like a step below that. Finishes throughout hotel are old and require updating. The breakfast included is not very good quality and requires you to physically request a “coupon” from the front desk, which is ridiculous because they already have that info in the reservation! Feels like a complicated and cheap way to run a hote. Beware of receiving a room on the interior court side: they are very dark, dank and susceptible to alll the noise of kids in the pool until the evening hours. Marriott should feel ashamed to offer this quality for $200 a night! I live in Europe and can find a hotel much nicer for the same price.

Really close to Charlotte International Airport. A very good shuttle service. If you need an overnight lay over at Charlotte, this is ideal.

Amazing pool! Indoor/outdoor swimming is fun for everyone. Great food at the restaurant but a bit pricey. Website says they charge for parking but they don’t.

I would suggest investing in a heated bar area and installing thick drapes at the door to prevent the frigid air from making the bar/restaurant area a refrigerator

It worked out nicely for our large family group (17 pp there for a funeral )to be able hang out together at the hotel. Luckily not too many pp staying there so pool sitting area was available since front of hotel was roped off and unavailable. The food in the hotel restaurant unfortunately was tasteless. Disappointing. Breakfast was ok except staff seemed anxious to get us out of there(no it wasn't crowded). Another complaint was that they put coffee out in the morning but by 9:30 am it was completely cleaned up and gone! What was that about? In general an easy stay if needing airport shuttle or staying away from city center.

I was only there for one night but I like the location (close to the airport) and the convenience of the free airport shuttle. I didn't get a chance to use the oil, but it liked nice.
