The property was good. It was a busy weekend so a lot of youngster in the hotel for a competition. The mall was walkable really convenient.

My wife and our 3 months old baby girl stayed here for 5 night and we loved our stay. Definitely recommend!!

Roshandura at the front was amazing. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. I couldn't figure out the AC in my room, she sent the engineer up in just a few minutes, then my tv was disconnected from their WIFI, she sent the engineer up again, glad I called he had to plug some cords in, do a reset, etc. The engineer was quick and pleasant. Also the young gentleman in breakfast is a hardworker, he kept himself busy, did NOT see his phone not once, was respectful, attentive to all customers, him and Hispanic male made sure the breakfast stayed full and waited on customer to their needs. Will definitely be back.

The staff were excellent especially Sarah at the front desk and Ben in the restaurant. The property could use updating. My original room the air conditioning didn’t work and the property seemed a little tired. Good for the price.

This hotel is in a noisy, busy area due to the mall. Because of this, there is a price to park and they get you to sign up for their rewards in order to have reduced charge. Rooms felt dank and we were definitely expecting better quality. We did appreciate the Netflix sign on capabilities though. We were only in town for one night for a gala and just decided to stick it out.
