Very nice and professional front desk agent Maydeline was very helpful and so was all the other front desk agents

Check in was smooth. The lobby is big and nicely decorated. The lobby was very warm, I don’t know if the ac was out or if it is always like that. The pool is huge and has a lot of seating. The water is deep so might be hard with little kids. I’m 5’3” and could only touch by the wall. The beach was beautiful and it was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella. We ate lunch in the restaurant and it was very good food.

I was skeptical at first with the reviews. But I had an ocean view with a balcony and pool view. This stay was for relaxation and I enjoyed every moment. Loved the quietness of the hotel although there were lots of families with kids. Maybe because I went during the week, I had no issues with securing an umbrella and chair everyday on the beach. Things to know: Check-in is at 4pm do not expect a room before that even though they may tell you something different. You will still have access to all amenities.The area where bags are stored is behind a counter and not locked but there were no tampering with bags. The breakfast is basic continental (oatmeal, bagels, cereal, coffee juice water) but for an additional charge you can add bacon/sausage and other items. The on-site restaurant didn't have a lot of food options but the hotel is convenient to a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was very accommodating, patient and polite. I will be returning
