The receptions are very kind and helpful. The rooms are good size. Location is very strategic between Times Square and Fifth Avenue. We can reach by walking distance.

This hotel had some sort of "computer issue" that had them suddenly overbooked. Without any prior notice before arriving, we were downgraded during check-in from our beautiful large suite to a small standard room. We had to ask multiple times for the new rate we would be paying, since the room we were in was much less expensive than the one we had pre-paid for. Finally got that sorted after much effort on our part. Had to have maintenance come up to repair the air conditioning on our 2nd night. Overall not impressed with this hotel. We have stayed here before, but will most definitely choose a different hotel next time we are in NY.

We stay in a suite here every time we are in NY. Only complaint this year was we were adjacent to freight elevator or supply closet. VERY noisy!
