Good place

It was clean and neat place! We love the location and easy to park on the street!! However!!!! You can hear the train all night long… I can barely sleep..

Beautiful room with full kitchen, washer/dryer with a wonderful amazing city view. Quiet area felt safe. I will definitely come back to this location.

No privacy, the curtains were see-through. Didn't sleep. The bed may as well have been the floor. Rock hard. The underside of the bed was filthy. The hardwood needed to be swept. There was hair, dust, and food under the bed. Bathroom fan & lights were shorting out. The TV was not functional—no local channels. Couch was a mini loveseat. Hard as the bed. No hotel amenities. No ice. Slow response, no front desk. If you need any towels, you will get them the next day. Huge pain. Just don't do it.

Parking nearby was disappointing. Free parking was nearly impossible to find, we were afraid of getting ticketed or towed the entire time. The sheet on the pull out also had a blood stain

No access to gym

Great location to restaurants, grocery and easy to get to convention center or downtown

The Hotel was very accommodating. I loved the layout. Great for single people. Would definitely rent again whenever I’m in town.

Key code was wrong so took a bit to get in, then we had ordered a crib 10 days earlier that they forgot about, the toilet was clogged and they didn’t fix it, I had to plunge away myself, the A/C was a rattly mess we had to turn off. Place was dirty and dated. Communication was excellent but this is all too much for them to fix in the fly

I only stayed one night on a business trip, but if I needed to be in that area again, especially for a longer stay, I would go back since it's a 1-bed apart-suite (bedroom, bath, living area with single-wall kitchen and in-suite laundry). It was clean and convenient with self-check-in, keyless entry, etc. The area has a couple of small grocery stores 1-2 blocks away and a few restaurants, and it's central enough to Uber or drive quickly to most of downtown. The only negative about this particular location is the proximity to the L. I'm a sound sleeper so it didn't bother me, but you can hear the train roughly every15 minutes.

Thought I got a deal, but no. Train noise all night, worst sofa bed ever—bent, springy, uncomfortable. Terrible soundproofing; heard neighbors' crying baby, TV, talking. Only stay if budget’s tight.

Very nice, clean and quiet. Only thing is the parking. Parking on the street which was a little rough.

Great location. Walking distance to Spoke & Bird for breakfast & Trader Joe’s & 11th St diner. Plus walking distance to McCormick Place. Great neighborhood.

Nice property, big clean rooms

Overall, really enjoyed the hotel and it had everything we needed. Walls were a little scuffed and could have used some touch ups. But it was very clean and close to the subway

A great stay! I’d definitely come back.
