I stayed for 2 nights and cannot say enough good things. Everyone went out of their way to be so polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The food at the restaurant was amazing. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

The Tap restaurant located in the hotel needs to improve the cleanliness in the area where the buffet is located. Guest dropped food on the floor and serving station and the food remained
there for at least 45 minutes creating a slip and fall situation.

I unfortunately picked the wrong weekend to visit. I was there graduation night and, so, paid boutique hotel prices for my stay. Accordingly, I am reviewing it as a boutique hotel. This property would have been fine at a third of the price, but still not exceptional. On the plus side, it was clean and well maintained, with a clean modern style. On the minus side, it felt large, generic, and absolutely unexceptional in any way. Parking was a bit of an insult; after paying a premium price, I had to pay $20/night more for uncovered (and nearly full) parking. I arrived late, in the rain, and got soaked as I struggled to connect with the QR code payment sign. Staff was ok - nothing exceptional to report. I did not try any of the amenities. In general, would not seek this hotel out again - aside from convenience to the airport, there was nothing at this hotel, that I could not find at any other three-star chain in Nashville.

This is a hotel with 18 floors. We were placed on the second floor with a back view of the parking lot. We did not enjoy that at all. This overlooks the airport close by and is why I booked it so my children could watch the beautiful view advertised in the booking photos. I was not please with staring at the parking lot near the entrance and hearing the comings and goings. 18 floors and this is what we got. We also had to deal with guests beside us with at least 8-10 people in the room most of the time. Loud and slamming doors until early morning times. They would also leave tons of take out food trash outside of their doors every day. We have also never been to a hotel where we have to pay to park at the place we are staying. And we have been many places. Condos yes, but not hotels away from a city area. It was an okay place to stay for the night. But it could have been a better experience for sure. More than likely will choose somewhere else next time.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had minimal interactions with the staff, but they were all top-notch. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced to me. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Nashville, especially if flying in or out.

The room slanted down towards the hesd of the bed. So much so, a bottle of wster would roll and gain speed on the floor. Made sleeping unpleasant. Beds were low and super squishy. Clean, but small room.

The location was good but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was uncomfortable, the WIFI was out and inconsistent throughout our entire trip. We were in town for my brother’s funeral. We called a few times about the WIFI and were just told sorry. I had to speak to a manager who took off the parking charges to accommodate us. That was nice, but I would have rather had something additional for our inconvenience and discomfort.
