We had an amazing stay! We stayed for 1 night and were scheduled to stay for one more night when we returned from our prior destination. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay for 2 more nights. The manager went above and beyond to help us and made us feel like family. We will return every time we visit California sure!

This place is very pricey for what you get . Not much staffing. Low value . Restaurant is closed very early so you will starve if you have a checkin in the evening or later as it is not open. Upholstery was very dirty. The only good thing is that it is only 15 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service is very limited in terms of hours of availability so if you have very late or early morning flights you will not have access to the so-called free shuttle.

Everything was very nice at this hotel, except for the hallway carpets. The rooms were clean, the carpets in the rooms were clean, the waiting area was very clean, and the staff was very polite, considerate and helpful. However, the hallway carpets look like they hadn't been cleaned in at least a year. They should either be replaced or get a good deep steam cleaning done to them. It gave me a little bit of a negative impression as I was walking down the hallway towards my room. I was actually concerned that my room may not be kept up. But the room was just fine.
