It was a comfortable stay

Good budget friendly hotel/suite.

room was spacious and nice. but there was no hair blow dryer and i was sad about that.

The staff is nice, but it does not make up for this nightmare stay. Upon walking in the smell was extremely unpleasant and allergies were immediately triggered. We were assigned room 208 where the hallway smelled like smoke and the carpet in the hallway was loose. This room had FILTH on the cabinets, fridge, etc. The window was open and room was filled with gnats and mosquitoes. I called and asked for a cleaner room, they stated that they were short on cleaning staff. We moved to room 304. The hallway smelled less smoky, but the inside of the room smelled very smoky, moldy, almost unbearable. Same FILTH everywhere and what looked like rust and mold on the lamps, A/C unit, cabinets, etc. The smell was awful and made it so uncomfortable. There was other peoples hair stuck on the shower curtain. It was so humid and muggy even with the air on. I looked into booking another room, but I could not afford the last minute cost. My daughter and I were miserable. Our stay was from 6/18-6/22. We could not sleep comfortably any night. The sheets did not look safe and had spots on them. Luckily I had blankets in my car that we covered the comforter with. The closets smelled even more AWFUL. By Saturday night I was completely sick. And coincidentally, the front desk lady was wearing a mask (she had not worn one the entire time we were there until then). The terrible ventilation and the severe lack of cleanliness and sterilization was appalling. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They guy checking in hella rude and the room was dirty hallways had the same dirt through them the whole time I was there

The room was not ready when I checked in at 5pm, I have to stay somewhere else for 1 hour to wait for the room. The room itself is clean. But the hallway is messy, I’ve stayed 3 days, nobody cleaned the hallway.

Smelled like smoke

I had such a great time here. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here more often

Always quiet, front staff and house cleaners always friendly

This Sonesta location needs some TLC. The Manager Eva, who checked me in was nice, and check in went well. Got to my room, shut the door but the door wouldn’t close properly, so I went back downstairs to let the Manager know. She switched my room to the other side of hallway, on the same floor. The room was all clean but I was missing the tv remote, so I had to go back downstairs again and get one. In the hallways of my floor, there was debris throughout and no one picked up. There also looked like a leak in the ceiling because there was a trash can in the middle of the floor. The bed was also a little too firm. Scuff marks and paint chipping. My microwave didn’t work, one drawer in the cabinet was broken and fell off. The bath tub looked stained. On the plus side, it’s close to the freeway, many other hotels, shopping and food. If you order food though, and have it delivered, they will not let them take it up to your room. You have to walk down to the lobby to pick it up. Lastly, parking is $7.00 and deposit is $100.

I use the stairwells and there is sometimes garbage left for days in the stairwells. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Amazing for a quick work trip

I made a late check-out then received a phone call in the morning asking why I haven't checked out yet. I told her I was scheduled for a late check-out and she became very rude. Just terrible!

friendly staff, helpful, and accommodating

Disgusting, ridiculous, nonofficial attitude, nonprofessional manager, even not clean place so everything is sucks. I was a hotel ever.

The area to check-in was very nice and smelled great. The front office clerk was friendly. The check-in process was smooth. The room had a certain smell to it. The area around the toilet was not cleaned and the area in front of the toilet had a stain that wasn’t clean. Overall the stay was good, just wish the bathroom area was cleaner and a better smell in the room.

Terrible bleach smell in the room when we checked in. In the middle of the night, we were woken up by a sudden alarm. Bedroom drawers kept ajar and couldn’t be closed. Place is kinda ghetto too.
