The hotel room was just fine although there was a lack of utensils. With the construction ongoing on I-35S it was a challenge to get to in rush hour, otherwise no complaints.

The room was quiet. Easy access from freeway. No bugs.

Absolutely awesome, hotel room was huge. It came with all the amenities, 10/10 will return again! Staff was extremely friendly!

The customer service is great! Very friendly employees that make you feel at home. However, this place is in need of some upgrades and improvements within the rooms. It’s also an extended stay hotel which I did not realize when I booked. So keep that in mind. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents while I was there so that great! But I wouldn’t be surprised if they were there.

Locked out of our room twice on first arrival

I stayed for 2 nights while I was attending a conference. Pros: close to downtown, front staff is friendly, security patrols parking lot at night, it was overall comfortable and quiet Cons: the room itself was nice having a kitchenette and psacious but overall felt very bare, they dont do cleaning everyday which i didnt relly care about but there were no cups to like rinse (theres coffee and coffee pot but no cups? At all...- I imagine most ppl dont bring their own cups), the room wasnt really diety but i kept finding hair all over- on the bed, on the night stands, on the dresser and by the sink and there was only a half roll of toilet paper in bathroom- it just overall felt half cleaned or half put together

A few issues prevented us from enjoying our stay here, from the beginning when we checked in the fridge was not fully cleaned out with a leftover water bottle and beers. We were missing some kitchen dishware such as glasses. Bathroom was not clean and there were hairs in the bathtub. On our 4th night, our room door key reader malfunctioned, we had spent about 20 minutes having this resolved by maintenance and afterwards the reader still was not working which prevented us from getting back into our room when necessary. The gym did not have any towels available any of the days that I visited. A fire alarm had gone off on 4 different occasions during the day. The front desk did not have any toothpaste available for sale or complimentary. The rooms are renovated and okay, they don't smell, I guess that's an upside. The location is pretty bad unless you plan to drive all the time, no restaurants within a reasonably short distance, everything is over a mile away.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. The parking lot was well lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
